Background and Objective: In recent years, there has been an increasing focus on issues related to mental well-being and mental health in academic environments. Growing reports indicate anxiety and burnout among faculty members resulting from the pressure for productivity in teaching, research, and professional development. These challenges not only negatively impact the quality of teaching but also lead to a decrease in students' learning levels. Therefore, this study examines the satisfaction of faculty members with the mental health promotion program held at the Medical Sciences Education Development Center of Babol University of Medical Sciences (EDC), which was presented in the form of workshops for empowering instructors. Methods: This study involved 53 faculty members from Babol University of Medical Sciences who participated in a mental empowerment course and met the inclusion criteria. A satisfaction questionnaire, validated with a Cronbach's alpha of 93.3%, was used for data collection. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 26. Findings: In this study, 76.6% of participants were female and 23.4% male, with a mean age of 40.75±0.9. The satisfaction survey indicated that professors were most satisfied with group discussions at 90.6%. Also, overall course satisfaction was acceptable at 90.5%. Conclusion: Therefore, given the high level of satisfaction of faculty members with mental health programs in educational environments and considering that supporting faculty can be the key to a university's success in education, it can be said that mental health programs among faculty members seem essential to creating sustainable foundations for an educational career.
