Background and Objective: The Medical Education Congress, as one of the largest scientific events in the country, necessitates the application of innovative management methods for organizing its various activities, including breakfast sessions. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of using modern management strategies on participants' awareness of the breakfast sessions quality topics at the Medical Education Congress. Methods: This Cross-sectional study was conducted during the 25th National Medical Education Congress in Iran (2023-2024). Sampling method was performed using the convenience method and included all participants in Breakfast Sessions. To enhance the quality of the breakfast sessions, the following actions were taken: 1) Tailored posters and podcasts were prepared to inform attendees about the session topics 2) Experienced faculty members were invited to manage the sessions. Data were collected via a survey link after the sessions and analyzed. Findings: A total of 250 individuals participated in the event, with 120 participants (mean age: 42.92 ± 9.93 years; 61 women, 59 men) completing the survey. Seventy-five percent of participants indicated that the breakfast sessions differed from those of previous years. Forty-nine percent reported using the podcasts and posters. Additionally, 71.6% and 77.5% of participants rated the use of podcasts, posters, and session management by invited experts as moderately to highly effective in improving the sessions' quality. Overall, 88% of participants expressed high satisfaction with the breakfast sessions. Those who listened to the podcasts reported significantly greater satisfaction with the communication and the overall breakfast session experience, believing that the podcasts and posters played a key role in enhancing familiarity with the topics and improving session quality. Conclusion: Given the positive impact of innovative methods on the management and quality of breakfast sessions at the Medical Education Congress, it is recommended to adopt these approaches in future congresses, not only for breakfast sessions but also for other events.
