(Content Validity Ratio) CVR was used to confirm the validity and quantification of experts' opinions and (Content Validity Index) CVI was used to confirm the applicability of the questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha was used to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire and the reproducibility of this questionnaire using the test-retest method. Data were analyzed using SPSS V.20 software.
Findings: CVR was 0.85 and CVI was 0.80. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined 0.96 and the repeatability of this questionnaire on 15 students was equal to 0.99. The average age of the students was reported to be 23/24%, with a total grade point average of 15.94.
