fa بررسی نگرش فارغ التحصیلان رشته ی داروسازی شاغل در شهر اصفهان در مورد تأثیر پایان نامه درآینده ی شغلی آنها تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: دانشجویان دوره ی دکتری عمومی داروسازی موظفند در پایان تحصیلات خود یک اثر تحقیقاتی در زمینه های مرتبط با این رشته ارائه دهند. اکثر موضوعات مربوط به پایان نامه های داروسازی در ارتباط با ارائه خدمات در داروخانه نبوده و به صورت تحقیقات پایه ای در دیگر زمینه های تحقیقاتی مرتبط می باشد. بررسی و شناخت میزان تأثیر پایان نامه در آینده ی شغلی فارغ التحصیلان داروسازی می تواند موجب آشنا شدن برنامه ریزان با نقاط ضعف و قوت و همچنین شناخت میزان اثربخشی و بهره وری این واحد درسی جهت اصلاحات بعدی گردد. در این تحقیق نگرش فارغ التحصیلان رشته داروسازی شاغل در شهر اصفهان در مورد تأثیر پایان نامه در آینده ی شغلی آنها بررسی می شود. مواد و روشها: ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه ی خود ایفا بود که روایی و پایایی آن تایید گردیده بود. پرسشنامه ها توسط محقق توزیع و جمع آوری شد. نتایج حاصل با نرم افزار SPSS مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و با استفاده ازآمار توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها: 104 نفر از فارغ التحصیلان این رشته مورد پرسش قرار گرفتند. نتایج توزیع میانگین ارزش میزانی نشان می دهد پایان نامه (با ارزش میزانی حدود 3/6) باعث ارتقای دانش نظری و مهارتهای پژوهشی دانشجو شده لیکن کمترین تاثیر را (با ارزش میزانی حدود 2/6) جهت انجام وظایف محوله در داروخانه دارد. به طور کلی نگرش فارغ التحصیلان نسبت به تأثیر پایان نامه در آینده ی شغلی آنهادر حد متوسط ارزیابی گردید. نتیجه گیری: واحد پایان نامه به عنوان یک واحد تحقیقاتی می تواند ارتقاء توان پژوهشی فارغ التحصیلان رشته داروسازی را در پی داشته باشد. لیکن تاثیر آن در ارائه خدمات در داروخانه محل ابهام می باشد. در صورتی که موضوعات پایان نامه هارا با شغل آینده دانشجویان مطابقت بیشتری داد می توان انتظار داشت که در آینده شغلی آنها موثرتر باشد. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Pharmaceutical students have to undertake a research project named dissertation, in the subjects related to their courses. Most of these projects, are not related to service providing in a pharmacy and usually are related to other research areas. Assessment the effect of dissertation on job prospect of graduated pharmaceutical students can be effective in determination of strength and weakness points in the efficacy of this course and can be used for future improvements. In this study we examined the attitude of pharmacists working in the city of Isfahan, Iran on the influence of dissertation topics on their job prospect. METHODS: A self- administered questionnaire which its validity and reliability have been confirmed, was used for data collection. Questionnaires were distributed and collected by the researcher. Data were analyzed by SPSS software, using descriptive and analytic statistical tests. FINDINGS: 104 individuals among pharmacists were assessed. The distribution of the mean of value rate showes that dissertation (value rate: 3.6) can improve the knowledge and research competences of the student, but has the lowest affect ( value rate:2.6) on related responsibilities in a pharmacy. In general, the attitude of participants about the effect of dissertation on their future job, was at moderate range. CONCLUSION: It can be concluded that dissertation as a research discipline can have an influence on the research competency of graduated pharmaceutical students but its effect on service providing in a pharmacy should be more studied.
