fa مقایسه ویژگی های تدریس اثربخش از دیدگاه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: توجه به عوامل موثر در تدریس اثربخش می‌تواند منجر به ارتقاء کیفیت آموزش، فرآیند یاددهی-یادگیری و ایجاد انگیزه یادگیری در دانشجویان گردد. لذا پژوهشی با هدف تعیین شاخص‌های تدریس اثربخش از دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی و پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز طراحی و اجرا گردید. مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش توصیفی – مقایسه‌ای، 75 نفر از دانشجویان پزشکی و 75 نفر از دانشجویان پیراپزشکی دانشگاه به روش تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه بود که روایی و پایایی آن در مطالعات قبلی مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. داده‌ها با نرم‌افزار SPSS 16 و به کمک آزمون‌های آماری (تعیین درصد و آزمون کای دو) تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. یافته ها: نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که اولویت حیطه‌های تدریس اثربخش از دیدگاه دانشجویان به ترتیب؛ حیطه دانش‌پژوهی (54%)، روش تدریس (47%)، قدرت ارتباط (34%) و خصوصیات فردی (28%) بود. بین معدل و سن دانشجویان علوم پزشکی با دیدگاه آنان در مورد شاخص‌های تدریس ارتباط معنی‌داری(P= 0.025) وجود داشت ولی ارتباط معنی‌داری بین جنس دانشجویان پزشکی با دیدگاه آنان در مورد شاخص تدریس مشاهده نگردید. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نظرات دانشجویان پیشنهاد می‌شود در ارزشیابی اساتید نه تنها بر حیطه دانش‌پژوهی بلکه به حیطه‌های دیگر مثل روش تدریس، قدرت ارتباط و خصوصیات فردی توجه شود تا حصول هدف نهایی ارزشیابی که ارتقای کیفیت آموزش است، تسهیل گردد. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:Considering the factors ineffective teaching can lead to improve the quality of education and teaching-learning process and can motivate the students to learn. This study was designed to identify the characteristics of effective teaching from the perspective of medical and paramedical students of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences. METHODS:This study is comparative - descriptive. The participants included 75 medical students and 75 premedical students of the university that were selected by simple random selection. Data collection tool was a questionnaire which its reliability and validity had been confirmed in previous studies. Data were analyzed with software of SPSS 16 by using statistical tests (Chi-square test). FINDINGS:The results of this study showed that the priorities of effective teaching from the students' viewpoint were respectively: research in knowledge (54%), teaching approach (47%), ability to communicate (34%) and personal characteristics (28%). There was a significant association between academic average, age and the perspective of medical students about the characteristics of effective teaching (P= 0.025), but there was no significant association between the gender of students and their opinions about teaching index.
