fa بررسی ویژگی های یک استاد خوب از دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه Investigating the characteristics of a good professor from the perspective of medical students at Urmia University of Medical Sciences عمومى General پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف:  رسالت اصلی دانشگاه تربیت نیروی انسانی متخصص مورد نیاز جامعه، ترویج و ارتقای دانش، گسترس تحقیق و فراهم نمودن زمینه مساعد برای توسعه کشور است. آموزش پزشکی بخشی از نظام آموزش عالی است که با حیات انسان سرو کار دارد و توجه به جنبه های کمی و کیفی آن از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است و این مطالعه با هدف بررسی ویژگی های یک استاد خوب از دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه انجام شد. مواد و روش ها:  این پژوهش به صورت توصیفی-تحلیلی با نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده از دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه بر روی ۲۱۲ نفر از آنها اجرا شد. پس از تعیین معیارهای ورود و خروج، اطلاعات از طریق چک‌لیست دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه استاندارد حیاتی و همکاران جمع‌آوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی در محیط SPSS نسخه ۱۸ صورت پذیرفت یافته ها: در این مطالعه در مجموع ۲۱۲ نفر دانشجوی پزشکی شرکت کردند که میانگین سنی ۲۴/۳±۱۳/۲۵ سال بود و بین جنسیت (۰۰۱/۰)، وضعیت تاهل (۰۰۱/۰)، وضعیت بومی (۰۰۱/۰)، تحصیلات پدر(۰۰۱/۰)، تحصیلات مادر (۰۰۱/۰)، شغل پدر (۰۰۱/۰)، شغل مادر (۰۰۱/۰) با نمره ویژگی استاد خوب ارتباط معنادار وجود داشت ولی با سهمیه ورود به دانشگاه (۸۷۵/۰) و سن (۲۶۵/۰) ارتباط معنادار وجود نداشت. میانگین نمره ویژگی یک استاد خوب ۰۱/۸±۰۱/۴۰ و کمترین نمره ۲۶ و بالاترین نمره ۵۲ بود. بیشترین میانگین در بین زیرگروهها به ترتیب ویژگی های حرفه ای ۶۴/۴±۳۱/۲۲، ویژگی های فردی ۰۶/۳±۹۷/۱۲ و ویژگی های علمی ۲۳/۱±۷۲/۴ بود. نتیجه گیری: نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که ارزیابی دانشجویان از ویژگی‌های استاد خوب بیشتر تحت تأثیر عوامل دموگرافیک فردی و خانوادگی است و سن و سهمیه ورود به دانشگاه نقش معناداری ندارند. از دیدگاه دانشجویان، ویژگی‌های حرفه‌ای اساتید نسبت به ویژگی‌های فردی و علمی اهمیت بیشتری دارد. این یافته‌ها بر ضرورت توجه به تقویت مهارت‌های حرفه‌ای اساتید در برنامه‌ریزی‌های آموزشی تأکید می‌کند. Background and Objective: The primary mission of the university is to train specialized human resources needed by society, promote and enhance knowledge, expand research, and provide a conducive environment for the country's development. Medical education is a part of the higher education system that deals with human life, and paying attention to its quantitative and qualitative aspects is of particular importance. This study aimed to investigate the characteristics of a good professor from the perspective of medical students at Urmia University of Medical Sciences. Methods: This descriptive-analytical study was conducted with a simple random sampling of medical students at Urmia University of Medical Sciences on 212 of them. After determining the entry and exit criteria, information was collected through a demographic checklist and a standard questionnaire by Hayati et al. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and analytical statistics in SPSS version 18. Findings: A total of 212 medical students participated in this study, with a mean age of 24.3±25.13 years. There was a significant relationship between gender (0.001), marital status (0.001), native status (0.001), father's education (0.001), mother's education (0.001), father's occupation (0.001), mother's occupation (0.001) and the score of the good professor characteristic, but there was no significant relationship with the university entrance quota (0.875) and age (0.265). The mean score of the good professor characteristic was 40.01±8.01, and the lowest score was 26, and the highest score was 52. The highest mean among the subgroups was 22.31±4.64 for professional characteristics, 12.97±3.06 for personal characteristics, and 4.72±1.23 for scientific characteristics, respectively. Conclusions: The results of this study showed that students' evaluation of the characteristics of a good professor is mostly influenced by individual and family demographic factors, and age and university admission quota do not play a significant role. From the students' perspective, the professional characteristics of professors are more important than personal and academic characteristics.
