fa میزان انطباق محتوای برنامه آموزشی بخش زنان و زایمان رشته پزشکی با نقش‌ها و وظایف پزشکان عمومی The degree of compliance of the content of the obstetrics and gynecology department educational program with the roles and duties of general practitioners تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: برنامه های آموزشی، نقش مهمی در تحقق اهداف آموزشی از قبل تعیین شده  دارند و نشان دهنده میزان پیشرفت و پاسخ گو بودن دانشگاه‌ها به نیازهای در حال تغییر جامعه هستند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان انطباق محتوای برنامه آموزشی بخش زنان و زایمان رشته پزشکی با نقش‌ها و وظایف پزشکان عمومی انجام شده است. مواد و روش ها: در این مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی 86  نفر از پزشکان عمومی شهرستان بیرجند در سال 1402 به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، پرسشنامه‌ی محقق‌ساخته  17 سوالی بود. روایی ابزار به تأیید صاحبنظران آموزش رسید و ضریب پایایی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 79/0 بدست آمد. داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری SPSS22  تحلیل و از آزمون‌های آماری t تک نمونه‌ای، t مستقل و همبستگی پیرسون استفاده گردید. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین میزان انطباق محتوای آموزشی به ترتیب محتوای نازایی (72/0 ± 32/2) دیسمنوره (82/0 ± 25/2)، خونریزی‌های غیرطبیعی زنانه (78/0 ± 25/2)، ناهنجاری‌های مادرزادی دستگاه تناسلی (72/0 ± 18/2)، روش‌های جلوگیری از بارداری (85/0 ± 12/2) واژینیتها و سرویسیتها (82/0 ± 06/2)، عفونت‌های لگن (73/0 ± 04/2)، اندومتریوز (75/0 ± 04/2) ، تومورهای بدخیم تخمدان (68/0 ± 80/1) بیماری‌های خوش خیم سرویکس و رحم (68/0 ± 70/1)، بود و از لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار بود (001/0P = ). سایر محتوا های آموزشی بخش زنان و زایمان از انطباق کمتری برخوردار بود.  نتیجه گیری: برنامه های درسی بخش زنان و زایمان از نظر آگاهی علمی و دانش نظری و همچنین دانش کاربردی در زمینه نیازهای تعیین شده در سطح متوسط به بالا قرار داشت و لازم است شرایطی فراهم شود تا مهارت و توانایی لازم و دانش های نظری در این زمینه را به موقعیت های عملی و کاربردی انتقال و تعمیم دهند. Background and Objective: Educational programs play an important role in achieving predetermined educational goals and indicate the level of progress and responsiveness of universities to the changing needs of society. This study was conducted to determine the extent to which the content of the educational program of the obstetrics and gynecology department of the medical field is consistent with the roles and duties of general practitioners. Methods:  In this descriptive-analytical study, 86 general practitioners in Birjand city were selected and examined using convenience sampling in 1402. The data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire with 17 questions. The validity of the tool was confirmed by education experts and the reliability coefficient was obtained through Cronbach's alpha of 0.79. The data were analyzed using SPSS22 statistical software and one-sample t-test, independent t-test, and Pearson correlation were used. Findings: The results showed that the highest level of educational content compliance was in the following order: infertility (2.32 ± 0.72), dysmenorrhea (2.25 ± 0.82), abnormal female bleeding (2.25 ± 0.78), congenital anomalies of the reproductive system (2.18 ± 0.72), contraceptive methods (2.12 ± 0.85), vaginitis and cervicitis (2.06 ± 0.82), pelvic infections (2.04 ± 0.73), endometriosis (2.04 ± 0.75), malignant ovarian tumors (1.80 ± 0.68), benign diseases of the cervix and uterus (1.70 ± 0.68), and it was statistically significant (P = 0.001). Other educational content in the obstetrics and gynecology department had less compliance.
