fa تأثیر آموزش انگلیسی تخصصی پزشکی (ESP) بر عملکرد بالینی پزشکان: یک مرور روایتی The Impact of Medical English for Specific Purposes Training on Physicians' Clinical Performance: A Narrative Review عمومى General مروری review سابقه و هدف: : با جهانی‌شدن خدمات بهداشتی و درمانی، ارتباط مؤثر به زبان انگلیسی برای تشخیص دقیق، برنامه‌ریزی درمان و مراقبت از بیماران حیاتی شده است. برنامه‌های انگلیسی برای اهداف خاص (ESP)، متخصصان حوزه سلامت را با واژگان تخصصی و مهارت‌های ارتباطی ضروری برای کار بالینی مجهز می‌کند. این مرور روایتی تأثیر آموزش ESP بر عملکرد بالینی پزشکان را بررسی کرده است. مواد و روش ها: مطالعات از پایگاه‌های داده مانندPubMed ، ERIC،Scopus  و Google Scholar از ژانویه ۲۰۱۰ تا مارس ۲۰۲۵ مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. معیار انتخاب مطالعات، ارتباط آنها با ESP در محیط‌های پزشکی و تأثیر آن بر دقت تشخیص، نتایج درمان و ارتباط پزشک-بیمار بود. یافته ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که آموزش ESP به‌طور قابل‌توجهی دقت تشخیص را بهبود می‌بخشد، نتایج درمان را ارتقا می‌دهد و اعتمادبه‌نفس پزشکان را افزایش می‌دهد. این آموزش ارتباط مؤثرتر با بیماران را تسهیل می‌کند و سوءتفاهم‌ها و خطاهای ناشی از زبان را کاهش می‌دهد. بهبود ارتباط همچنین همکاری بین ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت‌های سلامت را تقویت می‌کند و به کیفیت کلی مراقبت از بیمار کمک می‌کند. این مطالعه همچنین به نقش هماهنگی زبانی بین پزشکان و بیماران پرداخته و مزایای آن در ایجاد اعتماد و وضوح ارتباط را بیان کرده است. اگرچه استفاده از مترجم شفاهی در محیط‌های چندزبانه همچنان مهم است، مطالعات نشان داد که ارتباط مستقیم پزشک-بیمار اغلب مؤثرتر از ارتباطات با واسطه مترجم شفاهی است.  نتیجه گیری: در نتیجه، آموزش ESP نقش حیاتی در بهبود مهارت‌های ارتباطی، دقت بالینی و نتایج بیماران دارد. کادرهای بهداشتی و درمانی تشویق می‌شوند که ESP را هم در برنامه‌های درسی آکادمیک و هم در برنامه‌های توسعه حرفه‌ای مداوم بگنجانند تا مراقبت‌های باکیفیت و متناسب با فرهنگ را تضمین کنند. <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: With the globalization of healthcare, effective English communication has become crucial for accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care. English for Specific Purposes (ESP) programs equip healthcare professionals with the specialized vocabulary and communicative competencies essential for clinical practice. This narrative review aimed to explore the impact of ESP training on the clinical performance of medical professionals, focusing on pediatricians. Methods: The review examined studies from databases such as PubMed, ERIC, Scopus, and Google Scholar, covering the period from January 2010 to March 2025. Studies were selected based on their relevance to ESP in medical settings, particularly regarding their effects on diagnostic accuracy, treatment outcomes, and physician-patient communication. Findings: Findings revealed that ESP training significantly improves diagnostic precision, enhances treatment results, and boosts physicians' confidence. It facilitates more effective communication with patients, reducing misunderstandings and language-related errors. Improved communication also supports teamwork among healthcare providers, contributing to overall patient care quality. The review also addressed the role of language concordance between physicians and patients, noting its benefits in fostering trust and clarity. While interpreter use remains important in multilingual environments, studies suggested that direct doctor-patient communication is often more effective than interpreter-mediated interactions. Conclusions: In conclusion, ESP training plays a vital role in enhancing communication skills, clinical accuracy, and patient outcomes.
