fa مقایسه نگرش دانشجویان پزشکی مقطع علوم پایه با دانشجویان بالینی نسبت به رشته خود و آینده شغلی شان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">سابقه و هدف: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="background:white">نگرانی از رشته تحصیلی به شدت بر سلامت روان و عملکرد آکادمیک دانشجو تأثیر منفی می‌گذارد و این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه نگرش دانشجویان پزشکی مقطع علوم پایه با دانشجویان بالینی نسبت به رشته خود و آینده شغلی شان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه انجام شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مواد و روش ها: </span></b><span lang="FA">این مطالعه بصورت توصیفی-تحلیلی به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده بر روی دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم ارومیه انجام شد که برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه نگرش جعفری و همکاران استفاده شد که داده ها بعد از جمع آوری وارد </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS۱۸</span> <span lang="FA">شده و با کمک آمار توصیفی و تحلیلی تجزیه و تحلیل شد.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته ها:</span></b><span lang="FA"> در این مطالعه نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمره نگرش به رشته تحصیلی در گروه علوم پایه ۳۴/</span><span lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA">۴ ۸۸/۲۵ و در گروه بالین ۵۴/۲۴ </span><span lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA"> ۷۲/۴ بود و میانگین نمره نگرش به آینده شغلی در گروه علوم پایه ۷۷/۲ </span><span lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA"> ۷۳/۱۸و در گروه بالین ۲۴/۱۸ </span><span lang="FA">&plusmn; ۰۳/۳ بود. بین جنسیت و نگرش دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی (۰۰۱/۰) و بین تاهل و نگرش دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی (۰۰۱/۰) رابطه معنادار وجود داشت و بین جنسیت و نگرش دانشجویان به آینده شغلی (۰۰۱/۰) و بین تاهل و نگرش دانشجویان به آینده شغلی (۰۰۱/۰) رابطه معنادار وجود داشت.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه گیری:</span></b> <span lang="FA"><span style="background:white">نتایج نشان داد که دانشجویان پزشکی نسبت به آینده و رشته تحصیلی نگران یا مضطرب هستند. از آنجایی که یکی از عوامل مهم در آموزش داشتن اشتیاق و علاقه جهت یادگیری می باشد توجه به این موضوع باید اولویت های برنامه ریزی مراکز آموزشی باشد.</span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp;</span></span></span> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b>Background and Objective:</b> Worry about one&#39;s field of study has a severe negative impact on a student&#39;s mental health and academic performance, and this study aimed to compare the attitudes of basic science medical students with clinical students towards their field and their future careers at Urmia University of Medical Sciences.<br> <b>Methods: </b>This descriptive-analytical study employed a simple random sampling method among medical students at Urmia University of Sciences. To collect data, a demographic information questionnaire and the Jafari et al. attitude questionnaire were used. After collection, the data were entered into SPSS 18 and analyzed using descriptive and analytical statistics.<br> <b>Findings: </b>In this study, the results showed that the average score of attitude towards the field of study in the basic sciences group was 25.88 &plusmn; 4.34, and in the clinical group was 4.72 &plusmn; 24.54, and the average score of attitude towards the future of work in the basic sciences group was 18.73 &plusmn; 2.77 and in the clinical group was 3.03 &plusmn; 18.24. There was a significant relationship between gender and students&#39; attitude towards the field of study (0.001) and between marriage and students&#39; attitude towards the field of study (0.001). There was a significant relationship between gender and students&#39; attitude towards the future of work (0.001) and between marriage and students&#39; attitude towards the future of work (0.001).<br> <b>Conclusions:</b> The results showed that medical students are worried or anxious about their future and field of study.
