fa عوامل موثر در توانمندسازی اعضای هیئت علمی جهت نیل به مرجعیت علمی از دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">سابقه و هدف:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> در عصر حاضر، مرجعیت علمی محور اصلی توسعه کشور است و توانمندسازی اعضای هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه‌ها به عنوان استراتژی کلیدی برای پیشرفت علمی و دستیابی به مرجعیت علمی مطرح می‌شود. این تحقیق به شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر توانمندسازی اعضای هیئت‌علمی و ارائه راهکارهای عملی به منظور تقویت پتانسیل‌های علمی و پژوهشی می‌پردازد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مواد و روش ها:</span></b><b> </b><span lang="FA">به منظور پیمایش دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی در خصوص مساله مورد پژوهش از ابزار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری نیز شامل تمام اعضای هیات علمی تمام وقت که به فعالیت های آموزشی یا پژوهشی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل بوده است که از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای تعداد180 نفر مورد پیمایش قرار گرفته شد.</span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته ها:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">نتایج نظرسنجی نشان می دهد که تمام گویه ها نمره مطلوب (بالاتر از 5/3) را کسب کرده اند بنابر این در خصوص نیل به مرجعیت علمی، دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل اغلب مثبت است. اعضای هیئت علمی بیشترین امتیاز را به گویه &quot; لزوم آشنایی هیات علمی با موضوع مرجعیت علمی&quot; و کمترین امتیاز را به گویه &quot;رابطه مستقیم رضایتمندی بیماران و ارتقا سلامت جامعه با مرجع بودن در رشته تخصصی&quot; دادند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه گیری:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> بنابر این در خصوص نیل به مرجعیت علمی، دیدگاه اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل مثبت بوده و معتقدند دستیابی به مرجعیت علمی با توانمندسازی اعضای هیات علمی جهت ارتقاء کیفیت دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی و نزدیک شدن بیشتر به استانداردهای جهانی در عرصه آموزش عالی سلامت، امکان پذیر می باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Background and Objective:</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-weight:normal"> In the present age, academic authority is the main focus of national development, and empowering university faculty members is presented as a key strategy for scientific progress and achieving academic authority. This research aims to identify the factors influencing faculty members&#39; empowerment and provide practical solutions to strengthen scientific and research potentials.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Methods: </span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-weight:normal">The researcher-developed questionnaire tool was used to survey the opinions of faculty members regarding the research issue. The statistical population included all full-time faculty members engaged in educational or research activities at Babol University of Medical Sciences, with 180 individuals surveyed through stratified random sampling.</span></span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Findings:</span></span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:" var=""><span style="font-weight:normal">The survey results indicate that all items received a desirable score (above 3.5), thus the viewpoints of the faculty members at Babol University of Medical Sciences regarding achieving academic authority are mostly positive. Faculty members rated the item &quot;the necessity for faculty to be familiar with the topic of academic authority&quot; the highest, and the item &quot;the direct relationship between patient satisfaction and the promotion of community health with authority in the specialty field&quot; the lowest.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><span style="font-weight:bold"><span style="font-size:12.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Conclusion:</span></span> <span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><span style="font-weight:normal">Therefore, regarding achieving academic authority, the viewpoints of the faculty members at Babol University of Medical Sciences are positive.
