fa خودارزیابی کارورزان پزشکی از کیفیت آموزش اورژانسِ دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">سابقه<b> </b>و هدف:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">بخش اورژانس در آموزش پزشکی به‌عنوان یکی از اصطلاحات اساسی، نقش حیاتی دارد. ارزیابی کیفیت آموزش در بخش اورژانس ازنظر مهارت‌های بالینی، نقش کلیدی در بهبود سیستم‌های آموزشی در این حوزه ایفا می کند.</span> <span lang="AR-SA">هدف از این مطالعه تعیین خودارزیابی کارورزان پزشکی از آموزشِ بخشِ اورژانس می‌باشد.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مواد و روش&shy;ها:</span></b> &nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">این مطالعه به‌صورت یک مطالعه، توصیفی-مقطعی بر روی ۱۰۰ نفر از&nbsp; کارورزان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل انجام شد. در این مطالعه، رضایتمندی از آموزش بخش اورژانس ازنظر &quot;کسب مهارت‌های بالینی در مدیریت بیماران اورژانس&quot;، &quot;کسب مهارت‌های بالینی در انجام اقدامات درمانی اصلی&quot; و &quot;کیفیت آموزش بخش اورژانس&quot; موردبررسی قرار گرفت. در پایان اطلاعات جمع‌آوری‌شده به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار </span>SPSS<span lang="AR-SA"> نسخه ۲۶ مورد تجزیه تحلیل قرار گرفتند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:</span></b> &nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">میانگین سنی این گروه شرکت‌کننده۴۲ /۱&plusmn;۵۴ /۲۵ سال بوده است. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد در زمینه مهارت‌های اورژانسی بیشترین نارضایتی دانشجویان به برخورد با فوریت&shy;های محیطی، در زمینه مهارت&shy;های اصلی، تعبیه راه هوایی و در زمینه کلی کیفیت اورژانس در ایجاد انگیزه جهت مطالعه و کار پژوهشی بود. همچنین شاخص‌های برخورد با اختلال هشیاری، برخورد با تنگی نفس و برخورد با فشارخون بالا در زمینه مهارت‌های اصلی با سن و یا جنس&nbsp; دارای ارتباط معنی‌دار بودند. در زمینه مهارت‌های اصلی بیشتر شاخص‌ها باسن یا جنس دارای ارتباط معنی‌دار آماری بودند</span><span lang="FA">.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> با توجه به یافته‌های این مطالعه، ضرورت برنامه‌ریزی و اتخاذ تدابیر مشخص در زمینه برخی از مهارت‌های بالینی در بخش اورژانس به‌منظور افزایش رضایتمندی کارورزان مشخص‌شده است.<span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">واژه‌های کلیدی:</span></b> <i><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">برنامه</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">آموزشی،</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">کارشناسی،</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">فوریت پزشکی،</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">مطالعه</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">توصیفی</span> <span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">تطبیقی</span></i></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Background and Objective:</b> <span style="font-size:11.0pt">The emergency department in medical education, as one of the fundamental terms, plays a vital role. Assessing the quality of education in the emergency department in terms of clinical skills plays a key role in the improvement of educational systems in this field. The aim of this study is to determine the self-assessment of medical interns regarding the education in the emergency department.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Methods</b><span style="font-size:11.0pt">: This study was conducted as a descriptive-cross-sectional study on 100 interns of Babol University of Medical Sciences. In this study, satisfaction with emergency department education in terms of &quot;acquiring clinical skills in managing emergency patients&quot;,&quot;acquiring clinical skills in performing primary therapeutic interventions&quot; and &quot;quality of emergency department education&quot; was examined. Finally, the collected data were analyzed using SPSS26 software.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b>Findings:</b> <span style="font-size:11.0pt">The average age of the participants was 25.54 &plusmn; 1.42 years. The results showed that in the field of emergency skills, the highest dissatisfaction of students was related to dealing with environmental emergencies, in the field of core skills, establishing airway management, and overall quality of emergency in creating motivation for study and research. Also, indices related to dealing with consciousness disorders, dealing with shortness of breath, and dealing with high blood pressure in the field of core skills were significantly correlated with age and/or gender.
