fa بررسی وضعیت آموزش در عرصه دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">سابقه<b> </b>و هدف:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA">در رشته‌های علوم پزشکی کارآموزی و کارورزی نقش بسیار مهمی در آموزش دانشجویان و ارتقاء سطح پاسخگویی نظام سلامت دارد. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین وضعیت آموزش در عرصه دانشجویان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی‌شاپور اهواز بود.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مواد و روش&shy;ها:</span></b> &nbsp;<span lang="FA">پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی بود که در سال 98 در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز انجام شده است. جامعه پژوهش را 207 نفر از دانشجویان سال آخر مقطع کارشناسی رشته های تحصیلی ، 97 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی و 18 نفر از مربیان کارآموزی مقیم غیر هیئت علمی تشکیل دادند. ابزار مطالعه سه پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که از طریق معاونت آموزشی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جندی شاپور اهواز در اختیار جامعه پژوهش قرار داده شد. از نسبت روائی محتوا &nbsp;</span>CVR)<span lang="FA">) و شاخص روائی محتوا (</span>(CVI<span lang="FA"> برای تائید روایی محتوائی پرسشنامه‌ها و&nbsp; برای سنجش پایایی از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده گردید. ارزیابی آموزش در عرصه در شش حیطه صورت گرفت. داده های گردآوری شده با استفاده از آمار توصیفی در نرم افزار </span>SPSS₂₂<span lang="FA"> تحلیل شدند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:</span></b> &nbsp;<span lang="FA">تعداد شرکت کنندگان در مطالعه 322 نفر بودند. بررسی دیدگاه مشارکت کنندگان نشان داد که وضعیت آموزش در عرصه در حیطه های شش گانه متوسط بود. حیطه &quot;محتوا و رعایت کوریکولوم آموزش در عرصه&quot; بیشترین میانگین نمره (2.38 از 4) و حیطه &quot; مسائل انگیزشی و رفتاری برای آموزش در عرصه&quot;، کمترین میانگین (1.98 از 4) را کسب کرده بودند.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span lang="FA">یافته های مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که از دیدگاه سه گروه هدف، هنوز وضعیت آموزش در عرصه با وضعیت مطلوب فاصله دارد. بنابراین برنامه ریزی به منظور توسعه زیرساخت های لازم برای آموزش در عرصه، ارائه مشوق های انگیزشی برای اعضای هیئت علمی، مربیان مقیم و سایر کارکنان فعال در آموزش در عرصه و همچنین بهبود شیوه های ارزشیابی دانشجویان در عرصه توصیه می گردد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed">&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></span></span></span></span> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Introduction: </span></span></b><span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">In the medical field, internship, and field training play a very important role in the education of students. The purpose of the present study was to </span><span style="background:yellow"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">determine</span></span><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> the status of education in the field for students and enhancing the level of health system accountability at Jundishapor University of Medical Sciences, Ahvaz.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Methods: </span></span></b><span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">The current research was a descriptive-cross-sectional study that was conducted in 2019 at Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences in Ahvaz. The study people includes 209 senior students in all majors, 97 of faculty members, and 18 of non-faculty resident trainee instructors. The study tool was three researcher-made questionnaires, made available to the study subjects through the educational vice-chancellor of Jundishapur University of Medical Sciences, Ahvaz. </span><span style="background:yellow"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Content Validity Ratio (CVR), Content Validity Indices (CVI), and</span></span><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">&nbsp;Cronbach&rsquo;s alpha coefficient were used for content validity and internal consistency, respectively. The evaluation of training in the field was done in six domains. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive statistics in </span></span><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">SPSS</span>_{<span style="background-color:#ffffff;">24</span>}<span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> </span><span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">software.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Results: </span></span></b><span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">The number of participants in the study was 322 people. Examining the views of the participants showed that the state of education in the field was average for the six domains. In the comparison between different domains, &#39;content and compliance with the training curriculum in the field&#39; had the highest </span><span style="background:yellow"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">score</span></span><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> (2.38 out of 4), and &#39;motivational and behavioral issues for training in the field&#39; had the lowest average (1.98 out of 4).</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:14pt"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""><b><span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;">Conclusion:</span></span></b><span style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="background-color:#ffffff;"> The present study&#39;s findings showed that from the point of view of the three target groups, the state of education in the field is still far from the ideal state.
