fa تبیین تجارب همکاری میان‌رشته‌ای بالینی ( تیم تشخیصی ، درمانی و مراقبتی ) در بحران کرونا در بیمارستان دی تهران عمومى General كاربردي Applicable <p><span style="font-family:IRANyekan"><span style="font-size:14px"><strong>سابقه<strong> </strong>و هدف:</strong> یکی از چالشی‌ترین موضوعات خصوصاً در زمان پاندمی کرونا، همکاری‌های بین‌رشته‌ای در بالین و تجارب کسب‌شده به‌واسطه آن بود. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تبیین تجارب همکاری میان‌رشته‌ای بالینی (تیم‌تشخیصی، درمانی و مراقبتی) در بحران کرونا در بیمارستان دی تهران بود.<br> <strong>مواد و روش&shy;ها:</strong> &nbsp;این مطالعه به‌صورت کیفی نیمه ساختاریافته در سال 1402، بر روی 14 تن از پرستاران، پزشکان، پیراپزشکان و کارشناسان آزمایشگاه بیمارستان دی تهران به روش هدفمند و گلوله برفی انتخاب و مصاحبه افراد انجام شد و درنهایت با استفاده از روش کلارک بروان تحلیل انجام گرفت. مدت‌زمان کل مصاحبه‌ها 7 ساعت، 24 دقیقه و با استفاده از <span dir="LTR">Reflective journal</span> و همچنین تعاملات با استاد راهنما کدگذاری انجام و در نرم‌افزار <span dir="LTR">MAX Q DA 2020</span> تحلیل شد. روایی و پایایی مطالعه حاضر نیز در چهار محور مقبولیت، همسانی، تأیید پذیری و انتقال‌پذیری تا رسیدن به اشباع ادامه داده شد.<span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> &nbsp;تعداد 227 کد اولیه به‌دست‌آمده بازنگری و تعداد 96 مضمون پایه، 13 مضمون سازمان دهنده و 3 مضمون فراگیر به دست آمد که شامل (تجربه و خرد جمعی در همکاری بین‌رشته‌ای، چالش‌ها و تعارضات بین‌رشته‌ای، پیش‌بینی و هدف‌گذاری مسیر) بود.<span style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span><br> نتیجه‌گیری: پژوهش حاضر نشان داده که نیاز به تعریف نقش‌های جدیدی در کادر درمان بوده تا باعث بهبود راندمان درمان و افزایش همکاری‌های بین‌رشته‌ای شده و به علت سرعت پیشرفت بیماری نیز تأخیر درروند درمان جایز نیست. برای تصمیم‌گیری مدل آبشاری از بالا به پایین پیشنهاد شد.</span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></strong></span></span><br> <br> &nbsp;</p> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span sans-serif=""><span new="" roman="" times=""><strong>Introduction</strong>: One of the most challenging topics, especially during the corona pandemic, was interdisciplinary collaboration at the bedside and the experiences gained through it. The aim of the current study was to explain the experiences of clinical interdisciplinary cooperation (diagnostic, treatment and care team) in the Corona crisis in Tehran D Hospital.</span></span><br> <span sans-serif=""><span new="" roman="" times=""><strong>Methodology</strong>: This semi-structured qualitative study was conducted in 1402 on 14 nurses, doctors, paramedics and laboratory experts of Tehran D Hospital using a targeted and snowball method of selecting and interviewing people and finally using the method Clark Brown analysis was performed. The total duration of the interviews was 7 hours, 24 minutes, and coding was done using the reflective journal, as well as interactions with the supervisor, and analyzed in the MAX Q DA 2020 software. Validity and reliability of the present study were continued in the four axes of acceptability, homogeneity, confirmability and transferability until reaching saturation.</span></span><br> <span new="" roman="" times=""><strong>Findings</strong>: The number of 227 primary codes obtained from the review and the number of 96 basic themes, 13 organizing themes and 3 overarching themes were obtained, which include (collective experience and wisdom in interdisciplinary cooperation, interdisciplinary challenges and conflicts, pre vision and path targeting).</span><br> <span sans-serif=""><span new="" roman="" times=""><strong>Conclusion</strong>: The current research has shown that there is a need to define new roles in the treatment team to improve the efficiency of treatment and increase interdisciplinary cooperation, and due to the speed of the disease&#39;s progress, delay in the treatment process is not allowed.
