fa بررسی میزان آگاهی دانشجویان دانشکده دندانپزشکی زاهدان درموردرژیم‌های آنتی‌بیوتیک پروفیلاکسی نوین در درمان‌های مختلف دندانپزشکی در سال 1401 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">سابقه<b> </b>و هدف:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="background:white">اندوکاردیت عفونی، وضعیت نادری است که در بیماران مستعد</span><span lang="FA" style="background:white">،</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="background:white"> به دنبال درمان‌های دندانپزشکی تهاجمی رخ می‌دهد. به‌منظور پیشگیری از این عارضه، تجویز آنتی‌بیوتیک برای بیماران قبل از انجام برخی از اقدام‌های دندانپزشکی توصیه می‌شود؛ لذا مطالعه حاضر با<b> </b>هدف بررسی میزان آگاهی دانشجویان سه سال آخر دانشکده دندانپزشکی زاهدان درمورد رژیم‌های آنتی‌بیوتیک پروفیلاکسی نوین در درمان‌های مختلف دندانپزشکی، سال 1401 انجام شد.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مواد و روش&shy;ها:</span></b> &nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA" style="background:white">مطالعه حاضر مشاهده‌ای مقطعی (توصیفی - تحلیلی) می‌باشد و شامل 96 نفر از دانشجویان دندانپزشکی سه سال آخر علوم پزشکی زاهدان در سال 1401 بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شدند و جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل وارد نرم‌افزار 24</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="background:white">SPSS</span></span><span style="background:white"> شدند. برای مقایسه فراوانی بین گروه‌ها (بررسی فرض استقلال) از آزمون خی - دو یا آزمون دقیق فیشر استفاده گردید.</span><b><span dir="LTR" style="background:white"></span></b></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته‌ها:</span></b> &nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:107%">مطابق یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر از مجموع 96 نفر از افراد شرکت‌کننده در مطالعه، %74 دانشجویان سه سال آخر دندانپزشکی زاهدان موردمطالعه، در مورد رژیم‌های آنتی‌بیوتیک پروفیلاکسی نوین در درمان‌های مختلف دندانپزشکی از آگاهی خوب برخوردار بودند، میزان مقایسه فراوانی آگاهی دانشجویان سه سال آخر دندانپزشکی زاهدان در مورد رژیم‌های آنتی‌بیوتیک پروفیلاکسی نوین بین زنان و مردان ازلحاظ آماری اختلاف معناداری وجود نداشت، همچنین بین فراوانی آگاهی دانشجویان سه سال آخر دندانپزشکی زاهدان اختلاف معناداری وجود داشت. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:107%">نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که دانشجویان از آگاهی خوبی در مورد رژیم‌های آنتی‌بیوتیک پروفیلاکسی نوین در درمان‌های مختلف دندانپزشکی برخوردار بودند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="line-height:107%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman","serif""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Background and Objective:</span></b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times=""> Infective endocarditis is a rare condition that occurs in susceptible patients following invasive dental treatments. In order to prevent this complication, it is recommended to prescribe antibiotics for susceptible patients before performing some dental procedures. Therefore, the present study aims to survey the level of knowledge of students of the last three years of Zahedan Faculty of Dentistry about modern antibiotic prophylaxis regimens in various dental treatments was carried out in 2022.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:107%"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Methods:</span></b> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The current study is a cross-sectional observation (descriptive-analytical) and included 96 dental students of the last three years of Zahedan Medical Sciences in 2022. The data were collected using a questionnaire and entered into 24spss software for analysis. The chi-square test or Fisher&#39;s exact test was used to compare the frequency between groups (checking the assumption of independence).</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span sans-serif="" style="font-family:Calibri,"><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">&nbsp;<b>Findings:</b></span> <span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">According to the findings of the present study, 74% of the 96 people participating in the study had good knowledge about the new prophylactic antibiotic regimens in various dental treatments. In the final year of Zahedan dentistry, there was no statistically significant difference between women and men regarding modern antibiotic prophylaxis regimens (p=0.55).
