fa توصیف پژوهش‌های آموزش مجازی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی در ایران: یک مطالعه مروری دامنه‌ای Description of Virtual Education Research in Medical Universities in Iran: Scoping Review تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">سابقه و هدف: باتوجه‌به اهمیت و ضرورت آموزش مجازی، مطالعه حاضر  به ترسیم وضع موجود مطالعات آموزش مجازی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران از قاب مجلات مصوب علمی‌پژوهشی می‌پردازد. مواد و روشها: مطالعه‌ حاضر به روش مرور دامنه‌ای و از طریق جستجوی کلیدواژه‌های "آموزش مجازی"، "آموزش الکترونیک"، "یادگیری الکترونیک"،"آموزش تحت وب"،"آموزش آنلاین"،"آموزش از راه دور" در بانک اطلاعات نشریات کشور (مگ ایران) انجام شد. کلیه مقالات منتج از پژوهش در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی کشور انتخاب و بر اساس متغیرهای موردمطالعه (دانشگاه محل پژوهش، مجله‌، سال چاپ، جامعه‌ آماری، نوع مطالعه، ابزار، موضوع و نمونه‌گیری) مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها: پس از حذف مقالات تکراری و غیرمرتبط با موضوع پژوهش، 115 مقاله وارد مطالعه شد. ازنظر مکان، دانشگاه‌ تهران (%1/19)؛ ازنظر جامعه آماری، دانشجویان پرستاری (%3/24)؛ ازنظر موضوع، مقایسه آموزش سنتی و مجازی (%27)؛ و دروس تئوری (%8/77) بیشترین مطالعه را به خود اختصاص دادند. اغلب پژوهش‌های انجام‌شده در محدوده سال‌های 1394 تا 1397 (%3/51) انجام‌شده که روش توصیفی (%8/34) پرکاربردترین نوع مطالعه، پرسش‌نامه پراستفاده‌ترین ابزار (%6/49) و تصادفی بودن (%1/39)  بیشترین روش نمونه‌گیری بود. نتیجه‌گیری: پرداختن به آموزش مجازی جایگاه خاصی در دانشگاه‌ها پیدا کرده و در دوران پاندمی کرونا تشدید شد. تعیین توزیع موضوع پژوهش‌ها و تشخیص کاستی‌ها برای دستیابی به اثربخشی و کفایت مطالعات، از نتایج این مطالعه است. توصیه می‌شود به نحوه ارزیابی دانشجو؛ نوع ابزار موردنیاز و در دسترس دانشجو؛ ابعاد خانوادگی فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی مؤثر در آموزش مجازی بخصوص در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی تیپ دو و سه، در مطالعات آتی بیشتر توجه شود.  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Background and Objective: Considering the importance and necessity of virtual education, this study aims to outline the current status of virtual education studies in Iran's universities of medical sciences from the frame of approved scientific research journals. Methods: The present study is based on the scoping method and by searching the keywords "virtual education", "electronic education", "electronic learning", "web education", "online education", and "distance education". It was done in the information bank of the country's publications (Mag Iran). All the articles available until September 2019 resulting from the research in the medical sciences universities of the country were selected and analyzed based on the studied variables (university of research location, journal, year of publication, statistical population, type of study, instrument, topic, and sampling).  Findings: After removing duplicate and unrelated articles, 115 articles were included in the study. In terms of location, Tehran University (19.1 percent); In terms of the statistical population, nursing students (24.3%); In terms of subject, comparison of traditional and virtual education (27%); and theory courses (77.8%) were studied the most. Most of the research conducted between 2015 to 2018 (51.3%) was conducted, descriptive method (34.8%) was the most used type of study, questionnaire was the most used tool (49.6%) and randomness (39.1%) was the most used sampling method. Conclusion: Dealing with virtual education has found a special place in universities and it intensified during the coronavirus pandemic. Determining the distribution of research subjects and identifying shortcomings to achieve the effectiveness and adequacy of studies is one of the results of this study.
