fa تاثیر استفاده از مولتی مدیا در آموزش بیوشیمی عملی در آزمایشگاه برای دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: جایگزینی مولتی مدیا در آموزش بیوشیمی عملی به جای روش سنتی با تکیه بر سخنرانی ممکن است مفید باشد. هدف این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر بکار گیری بهینه از مولتی مدیا با تهیه طرح درس ، تدوین سرفصل عملی ، بهره گیری از نرم افزار آموزش عملی ، استفاده از پاور پوینت و کامپیوتر در آموزش بیو شیمی عملی است . مواد وروشها: این مطالعه توصیفی بر روی 190 نفراز دانشجویان درسال های 1390 - 1389 انجام شد . برای جمع آوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه مرتبط با این روش تهیه گردید و بین دانشجویان پزشکی ، دندانپزشکی و پیرا پزشکی توزیع شد .دانشجویان در همه قسمت های تحقیق از جمله تهیه مواد ، بدست آوردن دادها و بحث برروی آن مشارکت داشتند ودر آخر هر نیمسال تحصیلی ، پس از4 ماه فعالیت دانشجویان ارزیابی شد . اطلاعت بدست آمده با SPSS نسخه 16 تجزیه وتحلیل شد. یافته ها : تعداد 186 پرسشنامه توسط دانشجویان تکمیل شده است (89/97% ) . 5/45% دانشجویان مفید بودن استفاده از مولتی مدیا را ذکر کرده اند. 3/52% دانشجویان استفاده ازاین روش را در درک رابطه عملی و تئوری بیوشیمی مفید دانستند. دانشجویان رشته های مختلف، از آموزش درس بیوشیمی با استفاده از مولتی مدیا رضایت مندی بالایی را نشان دادند. نتیجه گیری: دانشجویان بیان کرده اند که استفاده از مولتی مدیا انگیزه آنان را در آموزش عملی بیوشیمی افزایش می دهد. آنها بیان داشته اند که بکار گیری آن، نیاز آنان را در زمینه عملی بیوشیمی بر طرف می کند. بررسی کمی وکیفی نشان می دهد که استفاده از این روش در کنار روش سخنرانی و سنتی در کلاس عملی تاثیر گذاری بیشتری دارد. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE Use of multimedia in biochemistry laboratory instead of traditional laboratory classes, which generally are based in lecture, may be useful . The main objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of multimedia use (preparing lesson content, laboratory content, laboratory education software, application of power point and computer ) in the training of biochemistry laboratory to the students. Methods This descriptive study was performed on 190 first year students in the years 2010-2011.For the study, a questionnaire covering different aspects of method evaluation ( preparing materials, doing experiments, preparing data and discussion on the data ) was designed and distributed among medical, dentistry and paramedical students. The students participated in all levels of the experiment, from preparing the reagents to obtaining data, doing experiments, data collection and discussing on them. When their 4-month biochemistry course finished, an evaluation questionnaire was applied at the end of the course. Data were analyzed by SPSS version 16.0 software using descriptive statistics. Findings 186 students participated by returning filled out questionnaires (97.89% ). When students were asked whether the multimedia was a useful method for the learning of laboratory processes in the course of biochemistry, 45.5% of them agreed. Among students 52.3% of them thought that the multimedia made relevant links between theoretical and practical aspects of biochemistry course. Different students had a high level of satisfaction about the application of multimedia in this course. Conclusion The use of multimedia stimulates the students in the promotion of biochemistry learning. Students believed that the method was satisfactory in their needs about practical aspects of biochemistry laboratory activities.
