fa بررسی رابطه نیم‌کره چپ و نیمکره راست مغز با رشته تحصیلی دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">سابقه</span></b><b> </b><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">و هدف: </span></b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">در فرایند یادگیری، تعامل و سازمان‌دهی هر دو نیم‌کره راست و چپ مغز نقش دارد. عملکردهای متفاوت هر نیم‌کره و متفاوت بودن گنجایش و راهبردهای یادگیری نشان می‌دهد که افراد به شیوه یکسانی یاد نمی‌گیرند. توجه به توانمندی‌های هر دو نیم‌کره مغز می‌تواند در فرآیند یادگیری موجب رویکردی مغزمحور شود که با هماهنگی دو نیم‌کره و توجه به توانمندی‌های هر نیم‌کره باعث بهبود و پیشرفت در یادگیری برای دانش آموزان شود.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">مواد و روش‌ها:</span></b> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">پژوهش از نوع توصیفی</span><span lang="AR-SA" majalla="" sakkal="" style="font-family:">&ndash;</span><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">تحلیلی با رویکرد مقطعی بوده که در سال 98 انجام‌شده است. جامعه آماری 1000 دانشجوی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی می‌باشد و با انجام نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای از همه دانشکده‌ها تعداد نمونه‌ها 334 نفر محاسبه شد. ابزار مورداستفاده، پرسشنامه اطلاعات شخصی و پرسشنامه نیم‌کره چپ- نیم‌کره راست می‌باشد. جهت تحلیل داده‌های آماری از آزمون‌های آماری مجذور کای دو و ضریب همبستگی فای استفاده گردیده است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها:</span></b> <span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">یافته‌ها نشان داد که رابطه معنی‌دار آماری بین نیم‌کره غالب مغز با رشته تحصیلی، سواد والدین و جنسیت وجود ندارد ولی ارتباط معنی‌داری را با قومیت نشان می‌دهد. بررسی ن نیم‌کره‌های غالب هرکدام از رشته‌های تحصیلی نشان داد بالاترین درصد نیم‌کره راست برتر % 2/50 به رشته هوشبری اختصاص داشت و در میان رشته‌های موردمطالعه دانشجویان پزشکی با %4/57 نیم‌کره چپ برتر داشتند و%5/23 از دانشجویان رشته بهداشت محیط از هر دو نیم‌کره مغز خود استفاده می‌نمودند. این متغیر یکی از متغیرهای مهم در این پژوهش بود که با توجه به وجود تنوع قومیت‌ها در استان گلستان می‌تواند موردتوجه پژوهشگران دیگر در مطالعات آتی باشد.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">نتیجه‌گیری: </span></b><span b="" lang="AR-SA" mitra="" style="font-family:">علیرغم تأثیرگذار نبودن متغیر برتری نیم‌کره‌های مغز نسبت به دیگری در مطالعه ما، بررسی سایر جنبه‌های فعالیت نیم‌کره مغز با تمرکز بر قومیت‌های مختلف هنوز جایگاه بررسی خود را حفظ خواهد کرد.</span><b><span lang="FA" style="font-family:"B Mitra""></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Background and Objective:</span></b> <span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">In the process of learning, interaction and organization of both the right and left hemispheres of the brain are involved. The different functions of each hemisphere and the different capacity and learning strategies show that people do not learn in the same way. Paying attention to the capabilities of both hemispheres of the brain in the learning process can lead to a brain-centered approach that, by coordinating the two hemispheres and paying attention to the capabilities of each hemisphere, can improve learning in students.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="text-justify:kashida"><span style="text-kashida:0%"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Methods:</span></b> <span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The research is a descriptive-analytical cross-sectional approach that was conducted in 1998. The statistical population is 1000 students of the University of Medical Sciences and by stratified random sampling from all faculties, the number of samples was 334. The instruments used are personal information questionnaire and left hemisphere-right hemisphere questionnaire. Chi-square and Wi-Fi correlation tests were used to analyze the statistical data.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">Findings:</span></b> <span lang="EN" new="" roman="" style="font-family:" times="">The results showed that there was no statistically significant relationship between field of study, parental literacy, gender and the dominant hemisphere of the brain, but showed a significant relationship with ethnicity (P <0.043).
