fa مقایسه کاربرد مولتی مدیا با شیوه آموزش در گروه های کوچک در آموزش مراحل ترمیم دندان قدامی با روش لایه لایه تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div align="right" style="direction: rtl"> سابقه و هدف: روش های سنتی آموزش که در حال حاضر اجرا می شوند، به تنهایی پاسخ گوی حرکت سریع علم و تغییر مداوم نیازهای جوامع نخواهند بود. آگاهی ازشیوه های تدریس و استفاده از ابزارهای کمک آموزشی، استادان و دانشجویان را یاری خواهد داد تا گامهای بلندتری به سوی ایجاد تحول درآموزش بردارند . هدف از این مطالعه تعیین میزان اثر بخشی یک مولتی مدیا در آموزش فراگیران می باشد . مواد و روشها: این مطالعه کاربردی بر روی 30 نفر از دانشجویان ترم 6 دندانپزشکی در سال تحصیلی 90-91 در دانشکده دندانپزشکی بابل ا نجام شد. دانشجویان بهدو گروه مساوی تقسیم بندی و همسان سازی شدند. به گروه اول آموزش سنتی و به گروه دوم آموزش از طریق مولتی مدیا ارائه شد. میزان آگاهی دانشجویان با استفاده از پیش آزمون - پس آزمون بررسی گردید. جهت مقایسه گروهها از آزمون paired-T-test و Independent-T-test استفاده شد. یافته ها: میانگین نمرات قبل و بعد در گروه سخنرانی به ترتیب (1/9±5/06) و (1/7±9/93)، ودر گروه مولتی مدیا (1/4±4/13) و (1/2±10/33) بود. با استفاده از آزمون paired-T-test نمرات قبل و بعد گروه ها آنالیز شد. میانگین نمرات در هر دو گروه آزمایشی بصورت معنی داری افزایش داشت (0/05   >P) و جهت مقایسه دو گروه با هم از آزمون Independent-T-test استفاده شد که نتایج این آزمون نشان داد که تفاوت دو گروه قبل و بعد از مطالعه در هیچ یک از دو گروه معنی دار نیست. نتیجه گیری: مولتی مدیای تهیه شده به منظور آموزش مهارت بالینی ترمیم دندان ها به طور موفقیت آمیزی می تواند استفاده شود و از این دو روش می توان به عنوان جایگزین یکدیگر برای دوره های آموزشی که هدف آن افزایش دانش شرکت کنندگان است استفاده نمود ( P >0/05 ).نتیجه گیری: مولتی مدیای تهیه شده به منظور آموزش مهارت بالینی ترمیم دندان ها به طور موفقیت آمیزی می تواند استفاده شود و از این دو روش می توان به عنوان جایگزین یکدیگر برای دوره های آموزشی که هدف آن افزایش دانش شرکت کنندگان است استفاده نمود. </div> BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: The traditional methods of teaching that are currently running do not alone meet the rapid growth of information and knowledge and the changing needs of societies. Knowing different methods of teaching and use of learning aids, will help teachers and students to heighten the steps toward making a difference in education. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of an educational multimedia in teaching process. Methods: This study was performed on 30 dental students of the 6th semester of Babol dental school on the academic year of 2012-13. Students were divided into two equal groups and matched. Two groups were taught based on the traditional training method and the multimedia presentation. Their awareness was analyzed with the paired-T-test and the Independent-T-test according to the pre- test and the post-test scores. Findings: The mean scores of before and after the lecture in the lecture groups, were respectively (5/06 ± 1/9) and (9/93 ± 1/7), and the second group mean scores before and after viewing the educational multimedia, were (4/13 ± 1/4) and (10/33 ± 1/2), respectively. Paired-T-test showed that the mean of before and after scores for each experimental group significantly increased (P<0/05. To compare the two groups, the Independent-T-test was used. The results of this test showed that the difference between the two groups before and after the study was not significant in any of the groups (p>0/05).
