fa تبیین نظرات و انتظارات دانشجویان استعداد درخشان رشته های پزشکی و دندانپزشکی در زمینه تسهیلات آموزشی، پژوهشی، رفاهی و فوق برنامه در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی وخدمات بهداشتی درمانی شهید بهشتی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف : اهمیت توجه به نیازها و بررسی مشکلات دانشجویان استعداد در خشان از آن جهت است که می بینیم هر ساله در صد بالایی از استعدادهای در خشان به علل مختلف از کشورخارج می شوند و طبیعتاً زیانهای معنوی و مادی فراوانی از این طریق وارد می شود، لذادانشگاهها بایستی باایجادشرایط مناسب زمینه رابرای رشدوشکوفایی نخبگان کشورمهیاسازند، لذا پژوهش حاضر نیز در راستای نایل شدن به این هدف طراحی شده است. مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه کمی توصیفی بود. روش نمونه گیری ما به صورت سرشماری بوده که جمعیت مورد مطالعه آن دانشجویان پزشکی ودندانپزشکی استعداد درخشان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی بودند. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات از طریق مصاحبه واستفاده ازپرسشنامه ای با validity بالا بوده که جهت تعیین مشخصات دموگرافیک دانشجویان و همچنین بررسی دیدگاه وانتظارات دانشجویان در ابعاد مختلف آموزشی، پژوهشی، رفاهی وفوق برنامه طراحی شده بود. در انتها نیز برخی از راهکارهای مناسب جهت رفع مشکلات را نام برده و بر حسب دیدگاه دانشجویان تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. یافته ها : 17.7% از دانشجویان موافقند که آیین نامه تسهیلات دانشجویان استعداد درخشان روشن وبدون نقص است و39% مخالفند. درمورد مفاد آیین نامه 43.1%مخالف و11% موافق اجرای آن توسط دانشگاه هستند، یعنی اکثریت براین نظرند که مفاد آیین نامه اجرا نمی شود. 54.1%معتقدند که اطلاعات کارشناسان آموزش واساتید راهنما نسبت به آیین نامه کافی نمی باشد . 57.2% براین باورند که تعویض بعضی از بند های آیین نامه لازم است و بررسی میزان مشکلات در ورودی سالهای مختلف نشان دادکه تفاوت زیادی بین میانگین مشکلات آموزشی،پژوهشی ورفاهی ورودیهای سال 89 با سالهای قبل از آن وجود دارد. نتیجه گیری : مشکلات آموزشی دانشجویان پزشکی ودندان پزشکی بیشتر ازمشکلات رفاهی و پژوهشی می باشد ونیز انتظارات وضعیت مطلوب رفاهی این دو گروه بیشتر از انتظارات آموزشی می باشد. پیشنهاد می گردد با اصلاح شیوه های اداری مدیریتی و برنامه ریزی متناسب از شدت مشکلات کاسته شود. BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Attention to the requirements of talented students and considering their problems is important because we observe that high percent of talented students leave for different reasons and naturally, our country can be faced with material and spiritual losses. Hence, the universities must make an appropriate condition to provide opportunities for intelligents, growing and progress. This research is planned to get this purpose. Methods :This was a quantitative and descriptive study. Our sampling method was census, Medical and Dental talented students of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences were entered to the study. The method of data gathering was via an interview and a question sheet with high validity including demographic characteristics of students and also considering points of view and expectations of students in different aspects of education, research, welfare and extracurricular domains. Finally, some appropriate ways for solving their problems were suggested and analyzed according to the viewpoints of students. Findings : 17.7% of students agree that the facilities regulations of talented students are clear and without any defects, and 39% disagreed. About the implementation of the current related regulations, 43.1% disagree and 11% are in favor of implementing regulations by the university. The majority of students believe that the approved regulations do not apply.54.1% also believe that the experts and supervisors do not have enough information about related regulations. 57.2% believe that it is necessary to change some options of the current regulation. Assessment of the problems in the students of different entrance years, showed a large difference between the average of educational, research and welfare problems in the students of the year 2010 in comparison with the other years. Conclusion: According to the results of this research, educational problems for medical and dental students are more than their welfare and research problems.
