fa بررسی دلایل به تعویق افتادن فارغ التحصیلی دانشجویان دکترای تخصصی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی؛ بر اساس تجربه آن ها از اجرای مرحله پژوهشی Investigating the Reasons for Delaying the Graduation of Ph.D. Students of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences based on their Experiences of Conducting the Research Phase تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: با وجود نقش برجسته مرحله پژوهشی در فرایند فارغ‌التحصیلی دانشجویان دکترای‌تخصصی در سنوات مجاز، کمتر به ارزیابی این فاز و دلایل طولانی شدن آن و تعویق در فرایند فارغ‌التحصیلی دانشجویان پرداخته شده است. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین دلایل به تعویق افتادن فارغ‌التحصیلی دانشجویان دکترای‌تخصصی بر اساس تجربه آنها از اجرای مرحله پژوهشی اجرا شد. مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر کمی است. جامعه آماری شامل 127 نفر از دانشجویان و دانش‌آموختگان مقطع دکترای‌تخصصی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی شهید‌بهشتی طی سالهای 1398 تا 1400 بود که در مدت سنوات مجاز تحصیلی موفق به دفاع از پایان‌نامه نشده بودند و به‌روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. پرسشنامه جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسشنامه (Postgraduate research experience questionnaire) PREQ برای آنها ارسال شد که نهایتا 75 پرسشنامه شرایط ورود به مطالعه را داشتند. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار SPSS-21 با استفاده از روش‌های آماری توصیفی تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه 68% شرکت‌کنندگان زن و 32% مرد بودند. اکثر پاسخ‌دهندگان از همه زیر مولفه‌های بعد سرپرستی تجربه مطلوبی داشتند. در مقابل، اکثریت شرکت‌کنندگان تجارب نامطلوبی در زمینه زیرمولفه‌های بعد زمینه های رشد پژوهشی دانشکده داشتند. تجارب اکثریت پاسخ‌دهندگان در زمینه توسعه مهارت‌های علمی در دوره پژوهشی در حد مطلوب بود. نتیجه‌گیری: تخصیص بودجه به امر پژوهش خصوصا در حوزه تحصیلات‌تکمیلی برای ارتقاء زمینه های رشد پژوهشی دانشکده و نیز سطح زیرساخت‌های آن و حمایت‌های مالی از پروژه‌های تحقیقاتی در این برهه زمانی در نظام آموزش عالی کشور ضروری می‌باشد. Background and objective: Despite the prominent role of the research phase in the graduation process of doctoral students in the allowed years, less has been done to evaluate this phase and the reasons for its prolongation and postponement in the graduation process of students. The aim of this study was to determine the reasons for postponing the graduation of specialized doctoral students based on their experience in the implementation of the research stage. Methods: The present study is quantitative. The statistical population included 127 PhD students and graduates of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences between 2020- 2022, who had not defended their thesis during the permitted academic years and were selected by census sampling. Demographic questionnaire and PREQ (Postgraduate research experience questionnaire) were sent to them, and finally 75 questionnaires entered the study. Data were analyzed in SPSS-21 software using descriptive statistical methods. Findings: In this study, 68% of the participants were women and 32% were men. Most of the respondents had a favorable experience of all the sub-components of the supervision dimension. On the contrary, the majority of the participants had unfavorable experiences in the sub-components of the fields of research development of the faculty. The experiences of the majority of respondents in developing scientific skills during the research period were optimal.
