fa ارزشیابی اثربخشی دوره آموزش مجازی احیای قلبی ریوی در کارکنان مامای بیمارستان شهید هاشمی نژاد مشهد Evaluation of the Effectiveness of Virtual CPR Training in Midwives of Shahid Hasheminezhad Hospital in Mashhad تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: سازمان‌ها برای رشد و تعالی خود، توجه ویژه‌ای به آموزش ضمن خدمت اثربخش دارند. از طرفی مهارت‌های عملی و بالینی کارکنان ماما، فعالیت‌هایی پیچیده هستند و اجرای صحیح بسیاری از این مهارت‌ها، متضمن حیات بیمار می‌باشد و آموزش‌ها باید اصولی و اثربخش باشد. اثربخشی آموزشی و ارزشیابی باید بر اساس اصول علمی و مبتنی بر اهداف و شرایط سازمان صورت پذیرد تا نتایج مطمئنی را به همراه داشته باشد. در این مطالعه اثربخشی دوره آموزش مجازی احیای قلبی ریوی در کارکنان مامای بیمارستان شهید هاشمی نژاد مشهد شده است. مواد و روش‌ها: در پژوهش کاربردی حاضر، نحوه گردآوری میدانی و روش اجرا توصیفی از نوع مقطعی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه کارکنان مامای بیمارستان شهید هاشمی نژاد مشهد در سال 1400 می‌باشند که تعداد کل جامعه 80 نفر می‌باشد که با روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری وارد مطالعه شده‌اند. یافته‌ها: بررسی میزان رضایت سنجی کارکنان ماما از دوره آموزشی احیای قلبی ریوی نشان می‌دهد، %6/82 از کارکنان ماما دارای میزان رضایت زیاد و خیلی زیاد از دوره آموزشی بوده‌اند و بنابراین میزان رضایت افراد جامعه از برگزاری دوره آموزشی بالا بوده است. همچنین بررسی تفاوت پیش‌آزمون (94/8± 01/16) و پس‌آزمون (41/26 ± 53/20) نشان داد میانگین نمره پس‌آزمون کارکنان ماما افزایش‌یافته است. نتیجه‌گیری: اجرای دوره آموزش مجازی احیای قلبی ریوی هم در سطح واکنش و هم در سطح یادگیری اثربخش می‌باشد و به نظر می‌رسد مدل کرک پاتریک، می‌تواند روشی مناسب جهت ارزشیابی اثربخشی آموزش‌های مجازی در حیطه احیای قلبی ریوی باشد. Background and Objective: Organizations pay special attention to effective in-service training for their growth and excellence. On the other hand, the practical and clinical skills of midwives are complex activities and the correct implementation of many of these skills ensures the patient's life and training must be principled and effective. In this study, the effectiveness of virtual cardiopulmonary resuscitation training course in midwives of Shahid Hasheminejad Hospital in Mashhad has been evaluated. Methods: This study is applicable in terms of purpose and in terms of collection is fielding and in terms of implementation is descriptive cross-sectional. The statistical population of the study is all midwives of Shahid Hasheminezhad Hospital in Mashhad in 2021.  Findings: A survey of midwives' satisfaction with the CPR training course shows that 82.6% of midwives had a high and very high level of satisfaction with the training course, and therefore the satisfaction of the community with the training course was high. Also, examining the difference between pre-test (8.94 ± 16.01) and post-test (26.41 ± 20.53) showed that the average score of midwives after the test has increased.
