fa طراحی، اجرا و ارزشیابی آزمون OSCE ویژه دستیاران روان‌پزشکی بر اساس سرفصل‌های کوریکولوم آموزشی دوره تخصص روان‌پزشکی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">سابقه</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">و هدف: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یاددهی و یادگیری و ارزشیابی در رشته روان‌پزشکی همواره مورد توجه بوده است. در طول دوره دستیاری روان‌پزشکی یادگیری مهارت مصاحبه با بیمار و تجویز درمان‌های مناسب از بالاترین اولویت‌های آموزشی به‌حساب می‌آید. در این بررسی سعی شده است تا با استفاده از نتایج حاصل از آزمون بالینی ساختاریافته عینی (</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">OSCE</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">) به بررسی تأثیر این آزمون‌ها در ارتقای مهارت دستیاران پرداخته شود.</span><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">مواد و روش‌ها: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">در این مطالعه مقطعی از سال تحصیلی 95-1394 تا 99-1398 تمامی دستیاران رشته روان‌پزشکی به‌صورت هفتگی و طبق سرفصل‌های کوریکولوم آموزشی تحت آزمون به روش </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">OSCE</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> قرار گرفتند. پس از آزمون رضایت اساتید و دستیاران با استفاده از پرسشنامه موردبررسی قرار گرفت. همچنین نتایج نمرات این آزمون‌ها با نمرات پایان سال مقایسه شد.</span><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یافته‌ها:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">میانگین نمرات دستیاران برای آزمون‌های </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">OSCE</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> و پایان هرسال به ترتیب 04/3 </span><span style="font-family:Cambria,serif;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> 21 و 48/18 </span><span style="font-family:Cambria,serif;">&plusmn;</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> 54/125 بود. ضریب همبستگی پیرسون برای ارتباط بین نمره </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">OSCE</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> و نمره پایان سال در طول این 4 سال تحصیلی متوالی برابر با 830/0 = </span><span dir="LTR">r</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> و </span><span dir="LTR">P</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><001/0 بود. نتایج نظرسنجی اساتید و دستیاران بیانگر سطح رضایت بالا از برگزاری آزمون‌ها بود.</span><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span><br> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">ارتباط نمرات پایان سال با نمرات آزمون </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">OSCE</span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> و نتایج نشان داده‌شده در موفقیت دستیاران در آزمون بورد تخصصی گواهی بر موفق بودن طراحی و اجرای این آزمون جهت ارتقای مهارت دستیاران در ارزشیابی به روش </span><span dir="LTR">OSCE</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> می‌باشد.</span> <strong>Background and Objective:</strong> Teaching, learning and evaluation in the field of psychiatry has always been considered. During the psychiatric assistantship course, learning the skill of interviewing the patient and prescribing appropriate therapies is one of the highest educational priorities. In this study, an attempt has been made to investigate the effect of the Objective Structured Clinical Exam (OSCE) on improving the skills of residents.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> In this cross-sectional study from the academic year 2015-2016 to 2009-2010, all psychiatry residents were tested weekly by the OSCE method according to the curriculum topics. After the test, the satisfaction of professors and residents was assessed using a questionnaire. Also, the scores of these tests were compared with the scores at the end of the year.<br> <strong>Findings:</strong> The mean scores of residents for OSCE and end-of-year exams were 21 &plusmn; 3.04 and 125.54 &plusmn; 18.48, respectively. Pearson correlation coefficient for the relationship between OSCE score and end-of-year score during these 4 consecutive academic years was r = 0.830 and P <0.001.
