fa دیدگاه دانشجویان کارورز پزشکی دردستیابی به صلاحیت های بالینی بارویکرد یادگیری در حد تسلط دردانشکده پزشکی گرگان – مطالعه کیفی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">سابقه</span></strong> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">و هدف: </span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پزشکان نقش اساسی درحفظ و ارتقا سلامت جامعه داشته و پاسخگوی خدماتی هستندکه نیازمند صلاحیت آنان است. صلاحیت بالینی معیار اصلی اثربخشی آموزش می باشد و شامل توانمندی بکارگیری دانش و اطلاعات، ارتباط و مهارت های بین فردی، حل مشکل و مهارت های فنی دانشجویان می باشد. به منظور بهبود وتقویت مهارت ها و دستیابی به صلاحیت های بالینی دانشجویان پزشکی در راستای اهداف پزشکی پاسخگو، دوره یک ماهه آموزش صلاحیت های بالینی در بخش اورژانس اجرامی گردد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان کارورز پزشکی در دستیابی به صلاحیت های بالینی با رویکرد یادگیری در حد تسلط در دانشکده پزشکی گرگان انجام شده است</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:W_shafigh1;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span></span><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">مواد و روش&shy;ها:</span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مطالعه به روش کیفی و با رویکرد</span></span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مطالعه موردی با شرکت دانشجویان کارورز پزشکی دانشکده پزشکی گرگان انجام شده است. نمونه گیری براساس مبتنی برهدف و حجم آن تا اشباع داده ها می باشد. داده های مطالعه از طریق مصاحبه عمیق جمع آوری شده است. متن مصاحبه های استخراج شده با روش ون مانن در چهار مرحله مورد تحلیل محتوائی موضوعی قرارگرفتند و مضمون ها و کدهای مفهومی(تم) از آن استخراج شدند.</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span></strong><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یافته‌ها:</span></span></span> </strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتایج تحلیل داده ها در قسمت ضرورت و فوائد شامل مضمون های نظامندی پایش و ارزشیابی آموزش صلاحیت بالینی دانشجویان پزشکی، به کارگیری مدبرانه مهارت های تکنیکی، دانش، استدلال بالینی،عواطف وارزش ها در محیط های بالینی، ایجادفرصت آموزش وتمرین مهارت ها با صرف وقت بیشتر و پرورش نیروهای کارآمد درنظام سلامت به منظور پاسخگویی به نیازهای جامعه می باشد. درقسمت چالش ها شامل مهیا نبودن بسترمناسب زیرساخت ها و شفاف نبودن فضای آموزشی و سخت افزاری و تعداد زیاد دانشجویان در بعضی ازدوره ها، توجه ناکافی به جایگاه وکیفیت آموزش صلاحیت بالینی در بعضی از اساتید و </span></span></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در قسمت راهکارها شامل نظامندی پایش و ارزشیابی آموزش صلاحیت بالینی با ارتقا کیفیت آموزش، استفاده مفیدتر ازخدمات باحضور و فعالیت بیشتر پزشکان باتجربه، واقعی نمودن محیط آموزشی اورژانس می باشد.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">پرورش نیروهای کارآمد در نظام سلامت به منظور پاسخگویی به نیازهای جامعه، با ایجاد فرصت آموزش و تمرین مهارت ها جهت دستیابی به صلاحیت بالینی میسر می گردد. لذا با شفاف نمودن فضای آموزشی و برتامه ریزی درسی مدون و با پایش و ارزشیابی نظامند، موجب ارتقای آموزش و دستیابی صلاحیت بالینی کارورزان می شود.</span></span><strong><span style="font-family:B Nazanin;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span></span></strong><br> &nbsp; <strong>Background and Objective:</strong> Physician have a fundamental role in keeping and improving society&#39;s health and are responsible for all services needed to their proficiency. So as to boosting skills and acquiring clinical competence in line with responsive medical purposes, clinical competence training course (a one- month course) is held in emergency sections. This study with the purpose of evaluating view of medical intern students in achievement clinical competency with Learning Mastery approach in Golestan University of medical sciences.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> A qualitative study physician student members Case School of Medicine aimed of situations based on the volume of data the study was collected through in-depth interviews.
