fa ارزیابی کیفیت خدمات آموزشی و تسهیلات دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل از دیدگاه دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <strong><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">خلاصه</span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">سابقه و</span></span></strong> <strong><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">هدف:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> یکی از اهداف آموزش عالی، آموزش، توسعه و تامین منابع انسانی در جهت پیشرفت همه جانبه کشور است . با ارزیابی درونی دانشگاهی، می توان کارآمدی آموزش عالی را ارتقاء بخشید. این پژوهش با هدف ارزیابی کیفیت آموزش و خدمات ارائه ‌شده دانشگاه از نظر دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل صورت گرفت</span><span dir="LTR">.</span><strong><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">مواد و روشها:</span></span></strong> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">پژوهش توصیفی</span><span style="font-family:Sakkal Majalla;">&ndash;</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> تحلیلی حاضر با جامعه آماری 275 دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی که به روش تصادفی ساده 131 نفر بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند،انجام گردید. اطلاعات، با استفاده از پرسشنامه بررسی رضایتمندی دانشجویان (</span><span dir="LTR">SSI</span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">) در حیطه‌های خدمات رفاهی، کمک‌آموزشی، آموزشی،دانشجو محور و استاد راهنما تکمیل گردید و با نرم افزار</span><span dir="LTR"> spss 21 </span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">با استفاده از آزمون‌های آماری تجزیه ‌و تحلیل گردید.<strong><span style="color:blue;"></span></strong></span><br> <strong><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">یافته ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"> %3/89 از دانشجویان در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد و %7/10 در مقطع دکترای تخصصی&nbsp; بودند. میزان رضایتمندی کل (73%) در حد مطلوب ارزیابی گردید. خدمات استاد راهنما، دانشجویی، آموزشی، کمک آموزشی و رفاهی، به ترتیب بیشترین تا کمترین نمره را کسب نمودند. متغیرهای جنسیت، مقطع تحصیلی و تأهل، تأثیری بر</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">رضایت دانشجویان (05/0</span><span dir="LTR">p></span><span style="font-family:B Mitra;">)</span> <span style="font-family:B Mitra;">نداشتند. در خصوص میزان توجه مسئولین، بیشترین توجه به خدمات آموزشی و کمترین توجه نسبت به خدمات رفاهی اختصاص داشت. همچنین بین رضایتمندی دانشجویان و میزان توجه مسئولین با فاکتور مقطع تحصیلی رابطه معناداری گزارش نشد</span><span dir="LTR"> .(p>0.05)</span><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="color:blue;"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-family:B Mitra;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;"> طبق ارزیابی به عمل آمده میزان رضایتمندی کلی نسبت به کیفیت آموزش و خدمات، مطلوب ارزیابی گردید. با بررسی دیدگاه دانشجویان، ضروریست مسئولین دانشگاه توجه بیشتری در برآورده کردن نیازهای دانشجویان و ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی و خدماتی به‌ویژه در زمینه خدمات رفاهی به عمل‌آورند.</span></span></span> <strong>ABSTRACT</strong><br> <strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> One of the goals of higher education is to train,development and provision of human resources are the progressive development of the countery in all aspects.the efficiency of higher education can be promoted through the university internal evaluation and its quality.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of education and services offered by the university graduate education opinion of Babol University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>METHODS:</strong> This descriptive-analytic study was couducted from131from275ones of statistical community of Babol University of Medical Sciences in simple randomized way.The data were completed by a Student Satisfaction Inventory(SSI) questionnaire in welfare services, educational,educational,student-centered services and supervisor professors. Then&nbsp; analyzed by SPSS 21.<br> <strong>FINDINGS:</strong> Of 131 people,89.3% were graduate students and10.7% were at the PhD level.The total satisfaction rate73% was considered as acceptable level of satisfaction<span dir="RTL">.</span>the services of the supervisor, student services, educational, educational assistance and welfare services received the highest and lowest grades respectively.Regarding the level of attention of authorities, the most attention was paid to educational services and the least attention was paid to welfare services.Also,there was not a meaningful relationship between students&#39; satisfaction and the level of attention of the authorities with the educational level factor.<br> <strong>CONCLUSION:</strong> Based on the viewpoints of the students, it is essential that university officials pay more attention to meet the needs of students and improve the quality of education and services, especially in the field of welfare services.
