fa علل بی نظمی دانشجویان برای تشکیل کلاس در آغاز هر نیمسال تحصیلی در دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی The causes of students' irregularities in class formation at the beginning of each semester in medical sciences universities تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: عدم برگزاری برخی از کلاسهای درسی  در اولین هفتههای آغاز رسمی نیمسال تحصیلی از مشکلات نظام آموزشی دانشگاههاست. بنابراین پژوهش حاضر باهدف تعیین علل بی‌نظمی در برگزاری کلاس‌های آغاز هر نیمسال تحصیلی از منظر دانشجویان انجام پذیرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: این مطالعه به‌صورت مقطعی در سه دانشگاه علومپزشکی بابل، علومپزشکی شهید بهشتی و علومپزشکی ایران، در میان دو گروه از دانشجویان شامل الف) آنانی که در اولین جلسه ترم تحصیلی حضورداشته‌اند و ب) کسانی که در اولین جلسه پرسش‌هایی پیرامون وضعیت آشنایی آنان با آیین‌نامه مربوط به غیبت، و دیدگاه دانشجویان درباره موضوع غیبت و عدم برگزاری نخستین جلسات درسی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: پردازش نظرات دو گروه از دانشجویان حاضر و غایب در هفته اول آغاز ترم به ترتیب  218 و 130 نفر، بیانگر آن بود که اصلی‌ترین دلیل حضور دانشجویان در آغاز ترم، اهمیت دروس تخصصی (0/94 ± 4/16) و در درجه بعد تأکید استادان به حضور در جلسات کلاس(0/96± 4/13) بود. همچنین مهم‌ترین عوامل غیبت دانشجویان، تجربه آن‌ها در عدم برگزاری کلاس هفتهی اول در ترم‌های گذشته (95/0 ± 51/3) و عدم توجه دانشجویان برای حضور به موقع در اولین جلسه ترم بود (1/1 ± 3/22). آزمون آماری تی نشان داد بین سن دانشجویان با حضور به‌موقع در آغاز ترم تحصیلی ارتباط معنی‌دار مستقیم وجود داشت (0/035= p). نتیجه گیری: حضور یا عدم حضور دانشجویان در کلاس درس آغاز ترم، تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلف و اقدامات انجام شده از سوی افراد اثرگذار مانند مسئولان آموزشی و اعضاء هیات علمی می‌باشد.   BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Holding the classes in the first weeks of the official semester is one of the main problems for the university education system. This study aimed to determine assessing the causes of students' irregularities in class formation at the beginning of each semester in medical sciences universities. METHODS: This cross-sectional study was conducted at three universities of Babol, Shahid Beheshti and Iran University of Medical Sciences, on two groups of students, those who attended the first classes of semester and those who missed the classes; available sampling method was used to select participants. The researcher-made questionnaires were used to collect data, including students' personal and educational information, students' viewpoints on the reasons for absenteeism during the first classes of the semester, questions about their familiarity with absenteeism codes and regulations, and their viewpoints on canceling classes at the first days of semester. FINDINGS:The viewpoints of two groups of present and absent students (218 and 130 students, respectively) at classes on the first week of the semester, were analyzed using scores 1-5 in the Likert scale, and indicated that the main reason for the students attending at their first classes of the semester was the importance of specialized courses (4.16±0.94) and teachers’ emphasis (4.13±0.96). The most important factors for the students' absence were their experience of canceling first classes of previous semester (3.51±0.95) and students not paying attention to timely attend the first sessions (3.22±1.01). T-test showed that there was a significant direct relationship between students' age and their timely attendance at the beginning of the semester (p=0.035).
