fa بررسی رضایتمندی دستیاران پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی از تاثیر آموزش آناتومی مقطعی و CT SCAN تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="color: blue;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong></span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">رشته تخصصی پزشکی هسته ای که بر مبنای تصویربرداری عملکرد ارگانهای مختلف است در سالهای اخیر با پیشرفت تکنیکهای تصویربرداری به سمت تصویربرداریهای تلفیقی (</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">hybrid imaging</span></span><span style="font-family: b mitra;">) با روشهای رادیولوژیک پیش رفته است که نیاز به دانستن آناتومی مقطعی را ایجاب میکند. از سوی دیگر با توجه به گذشت زمان زیاد از آموزش آناتومی در دوران علوم پایه بخش عمده دانش آناتومی به فراموشی سپرده شده است.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="color: blue;"><span style="font-size: small;">مواد و روشها:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-size: small;"> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">این تحقیق بصورت مطالعه تجربی انجام شد. در ابتدا توسط اساتید گروه آناتومی دانشکده پزشکی آموزش آناتومی با تاکید بر آناتومی مقطعی تدریس شد و بدنبال آن آناتومی مقطعی </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">CT scan</span></span></span><span style="font-family: b mitra;"><span style="font-size: small;"> توسط اساتید پزشکی هسته ای آموزش داده شد. در پایان سال طی پرسش نامه ای میزان رضایت دستیاران از روشهای مختلف </span><br> <span style="font-size: small;">(شامل دوره چرخشی رادیولوژی</span></span><span style="font-size: small;"><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: arial,sans-serif;">,</span></span><span style="font-family: b mitra;"> کلاسهای آناتومی و کلاسهای </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">CT</span></span><span style="font-family: b mitra;">) نیز نظر اساتید در مورد تغییر نگرش و ارتقائ علمی دستیاران و در نهایت نتایج دستیاران در دوره های اخیر بورد مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</span></span><br> <span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="color: blue;">یافته ها:</span></span></strong></span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">از 16 دستیار پزشکی هسته ای 15 نفر(93.75%) از روش برگزار شده رضایت داشتند. 14 نفر(87.5%) معتقد بودند که برگزاری کلاس های آناتومی به فهم بهتر مقاطع </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">CT</span></span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">&nbsp;<span style="font-size: small;">اسکن کمک میکند .هچنین 100% دستیاران بیان داشتند که بعد از برگزاری دوره های جدید</span>&nbsp; <span style="font-size: small;">آموزش </span></span><span style="font-size: small;"><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">CT</span></span><span style="font-family: b mitra;"> اسکن اعتماد به نفس بیشتری در تفسیر کلیشه های </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family: times new roman;">CT</span></span> </span><span style="font-family: b mitra;">&nbsp;<span style="font-size: small;">داشته اند. نظرسنجی از اساتید گروه و نیزنتایج مثبت امتحان بورد تاکید کننده اثر مثبت آموزش فوق بود.</span></span><br> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: b nazanin;"><span style="color: blue;"><strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong></span></span></span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;">آموزش همزمان آناتومی و آناتومی مقطعی میتواند باعث بهبود یادگیری آناتومی مقطعی </span></span></span><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: times new roman,serif;">CT scan</span></span> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span style="font-family: b mitra;">&nbsp;شود.</span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> Nuclear medicine specialty based on the imaging of various organ functions has progressed in recent years with the improvement of imaging techniques towards hybrid imaging requiring knowledge of cross sectional anatomy. On the other hand, with the passing of time, most of knowledge of anatomy has been forgotten.<br> <strong>METHODS:</strong> This study was conducted in an experimental study. Anatomy was first taught by the faculty members of the Anatomy School of Medicine, with an emphasis on cross sectional anatomy, followed by teaching of cross-sectional anatomy of CT scan by nuclear medicine assistant professors. At the end of the year, a questionnaire evaluated the level of satisfaction of the assistants from different methods (including rotational radiology course, anatomical classes and CT classes), the viewpoints of the professors regarding the change of attitude and promotion of the assistants, and finally the results of the assistants in the recent courses of the board.<br> <strong>FINDINGS:</strong> Of the 16 nuclear medicine assistants, 15 (93.75%) were satisfied with the method. 14 (87.5%) believed that conducting anatomical classes would help to better understanding of CT scan sections. Also, 100% of the assistants stated that they had more confidence in the interpretation of CT stereotypes after the introduction of new CT courses.
