fa تأثیر آموزه‌های دینی در به کارگیری اخلاق عمومی و حرفه‌ای دانشجویان رشته پزشکی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research خلاصه سابقه و هدف: امروزه این سوال که جنبه های معنوی سلامت چگونه می توانند در چارچوب ارتباط پزشک و بیمار قرار گیرند به یکی از بحث های جدی در حوزه پزشکی و احترام به ارزش های بیمار تبدیل شده است. مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر شاخصه های اخلاق قرآنی و اسلامی از طریق ارسال ایمیل به دانشجویان سال آخر رشته پزشکی اجرا شد. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه مداخله ای، تعداد 75 نفر از دانشجویان سال آخر رشته پزشکی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل با روش غیر تصادفی آسان وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار جمع آوری داده ها شامل چک لیست عملکرد رفتار دانشجویان با پرسش نامه محقق ساخته، براساس ویژگی های اخلاقی استخراج شده از قرآن و احادیث تنظیم شده بود. هر هفته سه بار مطالب استخراج شده از منابع اسلامی به ایمیل شرکت کنندگان ارسال می‌شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تی وابسته در نرم افزار SPSS 19 انجام شد. یافته ها: عمده ترین یافته های پژوهش نشان دهنده تاثیر آموزه‌های قرآن در افزایش بکارگیری مولفه های اخلاق عمومی و ثابت ماندن مولفه های اخلاق حرفه ای بود. نتیجه گیری: اگر چه ارتقای اخلاق حرفه ای نیازمند یک سلسله آموزش های بلند مدت تر می باشد اما نتایج این تحقیق نشان از تأثیر راهکارها و آموزه های دینی در افزایش به کارگیری مداخله های اخلاق عمومی می باشد. ABSTRACT BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Nowadays, the question of how the moral aspects of health can be put into the framework of patient-physician relationship has turned into a serious debate in the field of medicine and patients’ rights. This study was conducted to examine the effect of application the ethical codes of Quran and Hadith on the ethical aspects and behavior of medical students through sending emails. METHODS: In this interventional study, 75 medical students in Babol medical University were selected through non-randomized simple sampling method. The means of data collection were students' ethical conduct checklist and a questionnaire which were prepared by the researcher according to the ethical traits extracted from Quran and Hadith. Concepts extracted from Islamic resources were sent to the email addresses of medical students 3 times a week. Data were analyzed through dependent t-test using SPSS software version19. FINDINGS: The major findings of the study indicated the positive effects of Quran teaching on enhancing the application of the ethical codes of conduct and stabilizing the professional codes of ethics.
