fa بررسی موانع پژوهش از دیدگاه اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکده دندانپزشکی بابل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span><span style="color: blue;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong></span> <span>پژوهش از ارکان اصلی توسعه</span><span>&shy;ی</span><span> پایدار فرهنگی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی است</span><span>. </span><span>شناخت نارسایی&shy;ها و آگاهی از میزان تحقق اهداف برنامه&shy;های پژوهشی از جمله ابزارهای لازم و اساسی است که بایستی در اختیار سیاست&shy;گزاران امر پژوهش قرار گیرد</span><span>.<strong><span style="color:blue;"></span></strong></span><br> <strong><span><span style="color: blue;"><span style="font-size: small;">مواد و روشها:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"> <span>این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی به صورت مقطعی در سال 1394 به منظور تعیین موانع پژوهش از دیدگاه اعضای هیأت علمی دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری داده&shy;ها، پرسشنامه&shy;ای مشتمل بر دو بخش اطلاعات فردی و گویه&shy;های پنج گزینه&shy;ای بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده&shy;ها از نرم&shy;افزار </span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span><span><span style="font-size: small;"> و آزمون&shy;های آماری مرتبط استفاده و سطح معنی&shy;داری 05/0 در نظر گرفته شد.<strong><span style="color:blue;"></span></strong></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span><span style="color: blue;">یافته ها:</span></span></strong></span><span> حیطه اجتماعی</span><span style="font-family: times new roman;">&ndash;</span><span> فرهنگی مانع&shy;ترین عامل و حیطه تهیه و تدوین طرح پژوهشی کمترین مانع در انجام پژوهش از دیدگاه اعضای هیأت علمی بود. میانگین نمره گویه&shy;های حیطه تهیه و تدوین طرح پژوهشی و حیطه اجتماعی- فرهنگی با سایر حیطه&shy;ها، میانگین نمره گویه&shy;های حیطه اجتماعی</span><span style="font-family: times new roman;">&ndash;</span><span> فرهنگی در بین مردان و زنان و میانگین نمره گویه&shy;های حیطه&shy;های تهیه و تدوین طرح پژوهشی و اجتماعی- فرهنگی در بین گروه&shy;های آموزشی مختلف به لحاظ آماری اختلاف معنی&shy;داری نشان دادند.<span style="color:blue;"></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span><span style="color: blue;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span> پژوهشگران در هر رشته علمی می&shy;بایست با توجه به تجربیات خود و سایر محققین، نکات ضعف و کمبودهای آن را آشکار سازند. لذا پیشنهاد می&shy;گردد مدیران پژوهشی با استفاده از نتایج این پژوهش در جهت برطرف نمودن موانع انجام پژوهش و ارتقاء سطح پژوهشی دانشگاه اقدام نمایند.</span></span></span> <strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> Research is one of the major fundamental in the development of human societies. Failure understanding and awareness of the goals of research programs including essential tools that should be delivered to policy makers of research.<br> <strong>METHODS:</strong> This descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out to determine barriers to research from viewpoint of faculty members of the School of Dentistry, Babol University of Medical Science in 2015. To collect data, a questionnaire consisted of demographic and items in five-point sets up. To analyze the data, related statistical tests were used. SPSS version 20 software used and significant level was considered 0.05.<br> <strong>FINDINGS:</strong> Socio-cultural field with highest score was the most barrier field and compiled project field with lowest score known as lowest barrier between other fields. Mean score of items between of the field of compiled project and socio-cultural with other fields, mean score of items of socio-cultural field between males and females and mean score of items of compiled project and socio-cultural fields between different educational groups showed significant statistical difference.<br> <strong>CONCLUSION:</strong> Researchers in any scientific discipline according to their own experiences and other researchers, must reveal weaknesses and shortcomings.
