fa طراحی پرسشنامه خود ارزیابی رشته طب ایرانی در حیطه آموزش در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span><span style="color: blue;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong></span><span> ارزشیابی اعضای هیات علمی از موضوعات مورد بحث است که به روش‌های مختلفی از جمله ارزیابی توسط مسئولین، همتایان و دانشجویان و نیز خودارزیابی انجام می‌شود. تسلط بر مهارت خود ارزیابی به عنوان تکنیکی قدرتمند و ابزاری پویا و انجام آن نقش کلیدی در تضمین کیفیت آموزش و تکامل حرفه‌ای ایفا می‌کند.<strong><span style="color:blue;"></span></strong></span><br> <strong><span><span style="color: blue;"><span style="font-size: small;">مواد و روشها:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-size: small;"> <span>در این مطالعه ساختار کلی پرسشنامه در راستای قوانین جاری بالادستی و بسته‌های تحول و نوآوری آموزش علوم پزشکی، دانش تخصصی، مهارت‌های برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی، مهارت‌های تدریس، مهارت‌های مدیریت دوره و ارزیابی</span><span> مهارت‌های دانشجویان و توجه به نیازها، مشکلات بهداشتی- درمانی جامعه و تامین آموزش در حیطه طب سنتی، طراحی شد. </span><span>پس از جمع‌آوری نظرات ذینفعان، تحلیل آنها و جستجوی مجدد در منابع، و نیز تایید روایی محتوایی و صوری پرسشنامه توسط خبرگان، کارشناسان فن و مدیران دانشکده نسخه نهایی پرسشنامه تهیه شد.<strong><span style="color:blue;"></span></strong></span></span><br> <span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span><span style="color: blue;">یافته ها:</span></span></strong></span><span> این فرم می‌تواند </span><span>با ارایه بازخورد به اعضای هیات علمی ضمن آگاه نمودن ایشان نسبت به نقاط ضعف و قوت فعالیت‌های خویش، به منظور بهبود، اصلاح و ارتقای عملکرد آموزشی، برنامه‌ریزی‌های لازم و ایجاد ساختارهای جدید در خصوص دوره‌های توانمندسازی اعضای هیات علمی در موارد دارای ضعف عملکرد را بر مبنای نتایج حاصل از ارزشیابی طراحی و اجرا نمود.</span><span><span style="color:blue;"></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span><span style="color: blue;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></span></strong> <span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span>به نظر می‌رسد این فرم می‌تواند در کنار سایر مدارک و مستندات، با جمع‌بندی شواهد متقن به منظور تصمیم‌گیری‌های مدیریتی و موارد تشویقی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.</span></span></span> <strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> Evaluation of faculty members of the topics discussed that several methods including assessment by the authorities, and students, as well as self-assessment counterparts.
