fa بررسی عوامل موثر در برقراری ارتباط بین دانشجو و استاد از دیدگاه دانشجویان بالینی دانشکده دندانپزشکی بابل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>خلاصه</strong></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> آموزش موثر به استفاده صحیح از مهارت های ارتباطی بستگی دارد، به طوری که بهترین موقعیت و موضوع تدریس در صورت عدم توانایی استاد در ایجاد ارتباطی مطلوب، غیر جذاب می شود. لذا عوامل موثر در برقراری ارتباط استاد و دانشجو برای بهبود فرایند آموزش از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر در برقراری ارتباط بین دانشجو و استاد از دیدگاه دانشجویان بالینی دانشکده دندانپزشکی بابل انجام گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روشها:</strong> این مطالعه توصیفی- مقطعی بر روی 111 نفر از دانشجویان بالینی دانشکده دندانپزشکی بابل انجام شد که حداقل یک نیمسال تحصیلی را گذرانده بودند و با فرایند ارزشیابی استاد آشنا بودند. اطلاعات توسط پرسشنامه ای روا و پایا شامل 37 سؤال راجع به تاثیرخصوصیت فردی، علمی و حرفه ای اساتید در برقراری ارتباط با دانشجویان، با گزینه های پاسخ بسیار زیاد، زیاد، متوسط، کم و بسیار کم جمع آوری شد. جهت تحلیل داده ها از شاخص های میانگین، انحراف معیار و آزمون های آماری در سطح معناداری 5 درصد استفاده گردید.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> مهم ترین عوامل مؤثر در برقراری ارتباط بین دانشجو و استاد از دیدگاه دانشجویان بالینی، صبر و حوصله استاد، حفظ حرمت و احترام به دانشجو و تسلط استاد بر مفاهیم علمی و مطالب درسی بود. از طرفی دیگر جنسیت استاد، ارائه طرح درس و طرح دوره به دانشجویان و مرتبه علمی استاد از ویژگی هایی بودند که دانشجویان کم ترین اهمیت را برای آن قائل بودند.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> با توجه به یافته ها لازم است که اساتید صبر و حوصله، حفظ حرمت و احترام به دانشجو و تسلط بر مفاهیم علمی را سرلوحه کار خود قرار دهند. همچنین لازم است دانشگاه ها کارگاه های آموزشی در زمینه چگونگی برقراری ارتباط با مخاطب، نحوه سازماندهی و تنظیم درس و روش های تدریس را برای اساتید برگزار نمایند تا با افزایش کیفیت آموزشی، احساس رضایت دانشجو فراهم گردد.</span></p> <p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p> <p><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> Effective teaching depends on the proper use of communicative skills so that the best teaching situation and issue become uninteresting in the case of professor&rsquo;s inability in establishing desirable communication. Therefore, effective factors in the relationship between the professor and the student to improve teaching process are extremely important. This study was conducted at investigating the effective factors in the relationship between the professor and the student from the perspective of clinical students in Babol dental school.</p> <p><strong>METHODS:</strong> This descriptive-sectional study was conducted by using 111 clinical students&rsquo; opinions at Babol dental school, the students who had passed at least a semester and were familiar with their professor&rsquo;s assessment process. A valid and reliable questionnaire including 37 questions concerning professors&rsquo; personal, scientific and professional effects on their relationship with students was prepared and be very high, high, medium, low, very low. After completing the questionnaire by the students, the indices of mean, standard deviation and statistical tests at 5% significant level were used for data analysis<span dir="RTL">.</span></p> <p><strong>FINDINGS:</strong> The most important effective factors in the relationship between the professor and the student from clinical students&rsquo; opinions were professors&rsquo; patience, respect for students by professors and professors&rsquo; mastery on scientific concepts and materials. On the other hand, professors&rsquo; gender, presentation of curriculum to students and professors&rsquo; scientific degree were of the lowest importance for the students.</p> <p><strong>CONCLUSION:</strong> According to the results, professors should give patience, respect for students and professors&rsquo; mastery on scientific concepts and materials on their agenda.
