fa بررسی عوامل فردی موثر بر وضعیت تحصیلی دانشجویان دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong>خلاصه</strong></p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>سابقه و هدف:</strong> یکی از ارکان ضروری و اجتناب ناپذیر بهبود کیفیت نظام آموزشی دانشگاه ها، ارزشیابی مداوم وضعیت تحصیلی دانشجویان در دوره های مختلف است. مطالعه حاضر به منظور بررسی وضعیت تحصیلی دانشجویان و عوامل فردی موثر بر آن در رشته دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل در مقطع بالینی انجام شد.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>مواد و روشها:</strong> این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 127 دانشجوی ورودی سال های 1387 تا 1390 دانشکده دندانپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بابل (غیر از بهداشتکاران دهان و دندان و دانشجویان دوره ی تکمیلی) انجام شد. اطلاعات زمینه ای شامل (سن، جنسیت، مقطع تحصیلی، معدل دیپلم، داشتن شغل اضافی، وضعیت مسکن، سال اخذ دیپلم، سال ورود به دانشگاه، وضعیت تاهل، شغل و تحصیلات والدین و وضعیت سکونت) توسط پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. معدل کل، دروس مردودی و تعداد ترم های مشروطی از بایگانی آموزش دانشکده استخراج و توسط نرم افزار آماری <span dir="LTR">SPSS 17</span> و آزمونهای <span dir="LTR">Repeated measures ANOVA,ANOVA,T test, Chi-square</span> مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت و 0/05><span dir="LTR">p</span> معنی دار تلقی گشت.</p> <p dir="RTL"><strong>یافته ها:</strong> سابقه ی مردودی در دانشگاه با درصد دروس اختصاصی در کنکور سراسری (0/003=<span dir="LTR">p</span>)، معدل پیش دانشگاهی (0/03=<span dir="LTR">p</span>) و سن دانشجو (0/01=<span dir="LTR">p</span>) ارتباط<br> معنی داری نشان داد. معدل پیش دانشگاهی و جنسیت بر وضعیت تحصیلی تاثیر داشتند بطوریکه دانشجویان با معدل پیش دانشگاهی بالاتر و دانشجویان دختر وضعیت تحصیلی بهتری داشتند (به ترتیب 0/006=<span dir="LTR">p</span> و 0/005=<span dir="LTR">p</span>).</p> <p><strong><span dir="RTL">نتیجه گیری:</span></strong><span dir="RTL"> با توجه به نتایج این مطالعه و نقش واضح و مشخص وضعیت تحصیلی دوران دبیرستان و معدل پیش دانشگاهی در روند تحصیلی دانشجویان و با در نظر گرفتن اینکه دانشجویان گروه پزشکی عهده دار مسئولیت سنگین سلامت جامعه هستند بهتر است برنامه ریزی های آینده در جهت ایجاد تغییرات اساسی در معیارهای ورودی دانشجویان و لحاظ کردن موارد تاثیرگذار باشد.</span></p> <p><strong>ABSTRACT</strong></p> <p><strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> Continuous evaluation of students&rsquo; educational status is one of the most important essentials in improving the quality of educational system in universities. This study was performed in order to assessment of academic achievement of dental students and individual effective factors on it in Babol University of Medical Science at clinical level.</p> <p><strong>METHODS:</strong> This cross-sectional study was performed on 127 students admitted during the years 2008-2011 in Babol dental school (except health-servers of mouth and teeth and complementary level students). Data including: <span dir="RTL">)</span>age, gender, term time, average grade of diploma, additional occupation, housing situation, year of getting diploma, year of university entrance, marital status, occupation, parental education and residence situation) was collected by the questionnaire. Total GPA, failed course and number of probation semesters were gathered from the archive of dental school and by SPSS 17 and Repeated Measures ANOVA, ANOVA, T test, Chi-square was analyzed and P<0.05 was considered as significant.</p> <p><strong>FINDINGS:</strong> There was a meaningful relationship between history of failing in the university and the percentage of specialized courses in Entrance exam, pre-university average (P=0.03) and the age of students (0.01)<span dir="RTL">.</span> Pre-university average and gender influenced on educational status.
