fa سطح توانمندسازی و وفاداری منتخبین پنجمین المپیاد علمی دانشجویان دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی ایران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div align="right" style="direction: rtl"> خلاصه سابقه و هدف: المپیادهای علمی با تاکید بر درک عمیق مطالب، بروز خلاقیت، مهارت حل مسئله و انجام کار گروهی را در جهت حل مسائل پیش‌رو جامعه توسعه و تقویت می‌نمایند. این مطالعه به منظور بررسی نقش پنجمین المپیاد کشوری در توانمندسازی و ایجاد وفاداری از دیدگاه منتخبین انجام گرفت. مواد و روشها: مطالعه از نوع مقطعی بوده که در تابستان 1392 انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش شرکت‌کنندگان در پنجمین المپیاد علمی از دانشگاه‌های‌ علوم پزشکی سراسر کشور بودند که به صورت سرشماری به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بوده که روایی و پایایی آن مورد تائید قرار گرفت. داده‌ها در نرم‌افزار SPSS18 در سطح معنا‌داری 0/05>P تحلیل شد. یافته ها: در بین 222 منتخب کشوری مورد مطالعه، سطح رضایت‌مندی از اقدامات درون دانشگاهی دانشگاه محل تحصیل از حداکثر 5 امتیاز 1/2±3 بود. سطح توسعه توانمندی فردی 1±3/5 و سطح ایجاد وفاداری 1/1±3/9 بود. بین تیپ دانشگاهی و رضایت‌مندی از اقدامات درون دانشگاهی رابطه معنی‌دار وجود داشت (000/0=P). بین سن، مقطع تحصیلی، رشته تحصیلی و سطح توسعه توانمندی فردی پنجمین المپیاد رابطه معنی‌دار وجود داشت ( P=0/025)،  (P=0/004). بین سن، مقطع تحصیلی و سطح ایجاد وفاداری پنجمین المپیاد رابطه معکوس معنی‌دار وجود داشت . <br>نتیجه گیری: عملکرد پنجمین المپیاد کشوری در اقدامات درون دانشگاهی در حد متوسط، در توسعه توانمندی فردی بالاتر از حد متوسط و در ایجاد وفاداری تقریبا در حد زیاد بوده که در بعضی کارکردها نیاز به ارتقاء دارد. </div> BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE: Scientific Olympiads, with an emphasis on deep understanding of text contents, creativity, problem-solving and teamwork skills, can help and reinforce societies to solve future problems. This study aimed to evaluate the role of the Fifth National Medolympiad in empowering and building loyalty from the appointees’ point of view. METHODS: This cross sectional study was conducted in the summer of 2013. The study population were the candidates of the fifth national medolympiad among the medical universities around the country who were selected in the census as the study samples. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire made by the researcher and its validity and reliability were confirmed. Data were analyzed in SPSS18 software at a significance level of P<0.05. FINDINGS: Out of the 222 appointees, the satisfaction level about the intrasectoral activities inside the university was 3±1.2 out of 5 score. The level of development in individual capacities was 3.5±1 and the level of creating loyalty was 3.9±1.1. There was a significant relationship between the academic type of the university and satisfaction rate about the university activities (P=0.000). There was a significant relationship between age, degree, academic course and the level of development in individual capacities (P=0.025 & r=-0.115), (P=0.000 & r=-0.131), (P=0.004). Also, there was a significant negative relationship between age, degree, academic course, and creating loyalty .
