fa میزان انطباق سرفصل های آموزشی بخش داخلی مغز و اعصاب رشته پزشکی عمومی با نیازهای حرفه ای در آینده از دیدگاه پزشکان عمومی استان خراسان جنوبی The degree of compliance of the educational topics of the internal medicine department of neuroscience in general medicine with future professional needs from the perspective of general practitioners in Jnoubi Khorasan تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research سابقه و هدف: یکی از مهمترین اهداف آموزشی در بخش های بالینی، تسلط به نیازهای حرفه ای دانشجویان پزشکی در آینده است. هدف از انجام مطالعه حاضر میزان انطباق سرفصل های آموزشی بخش داخلی مغز و اعصاب رشته پزشکی عمومی با نیازهای حرفه ای در آینده از دیدگاه پزشکان عمومی استان خراسان جنوبی بود. مواد و روش ها:  این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی بود. جامعه مورد مطالعه تمامی پزشکان عمومی شاغل در استان خراسان جنوبی در سال ۱۴۰۳  و ۱۵۶ نفر به  صورت سرشماری وارد پژوهش شدند و در نهایت ۱۳۴ نفر پرسشنامه را با رضایت پاسخ دادند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته ۱۷ سوالی استفاده شد. داده ها در نرم افزار SPSS  نسخه ۲۲ وارد و برای تحلیل از آزمون‌ T تک نمونه‌ای، T مستقل و تحلیل واریانس استفاده شد. یافته ها: در این مطالعه ۱۳۴ نفر از پزشکان عمومی با میانگین سنی ۴۰/۱ ± ۲۳/۲۸ سال شرکت کردند. انطباق سرفصل های آموزشی بخش داخلی مغز و اعصاب با نیازهای حرفه ای نشان داد که ۸/۴۷ درصد پزشکان انطباق را خوب، ۸/۳۸ درصد متوسط و ۴/۱۳ درصد انطباق سرفصل ها را ضعیف بیان کردند. همچنین میانگین نمره تمامی سرفصل های آموزشی بخش داخلی مغز و اعصاب رشته پزشکی عمومی با نیازهای حرفه ای بیشتر از میانگین نظری ۵/۱ و از لحاظ آماری معنی‌دار بود (۰۰۰۱/۰=P). نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده، دانشکده های پزشکی باید به انتظارات اجتماعی سلامت جامعه توجه نمایند و دانشجویان خود را با برنامه‌های درسی متناسب با نیازهای حرفه ای و شغلی آموزش دهند.     ackground and Objective: One of the most important educational goals in clinical rotations is mastering the future professional needs of medical students. This study aimed to assess the alignment of the neurology curriculum in the general medicine program with future professional needs, from the perspective of general practitioners in South Khorasan Province. Methods: This was a descriptive-analytical study. The study population consisted of all general practitioners practicing in South Khorasan Province in 2024; 156 individuals were included via a census method, and ultimately, 134 completed the questionnaire voluntarily. A 17-item researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collection. Data were analyzed using SPSS software (version 22) via one-sample t-tests, independent t-tests, and analysis of variance (ANOVA). Findings: A total of 134 general practitioners participated in the study, with a mean age of 28.23 ± 1.40 years. Regarding the alignment of the neurology curriculum with professional needs, 47.8% of the physicians rated the alignment as good, 38.8% as moderate, and 13.4% as poor. Furthermore, the mean score for the alignment of all neurology curriculum topics with professional needs was higher than the theoretical mean of 1.5, and this difference was statistically significant (P = 0.0001).
