fa بررسی ویژگی‌های یک استاد خوب از دیدگاه اساتید و دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام در سال 1403 تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">سابقه و هدف:</span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="background:white"> آگاهی از ویژگی‌های یک استاد خوب درکیفیت آموزش و پیشرفت دانشگاه موثر می‌باشد. به همین منظور مطالعه حاضر ویژگی‌های یک استاد خوب از دیدگاه اساتید و دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام در سال ۱۴۰۳ می‌باشد. </span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مواد و روش ها: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">در این مطالعه توصیفی که به صورت مقطعی در سال ۱۴۰۳ انجام شد، ۳۶۵ دانشجو و ۸۰ استاد دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایلام بر اساس فرمول نمونه‌گیری کوکران و به صورت دو مرحله‌ای طبقه‌ای و سپس تصادفی ساده وارد مطالعه شدند. جمع آوری داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه ۴۹ سوالی ویژگی‌های استاد خوب با مقیاس لیکرت صورت پذیرفت. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم افزار</span><span dir="LTR">SPSS</span> <span lang="AR-SA">&nbsp;نسخه ۲۰۲۲، استفاده شد.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته ها:</span></b><b> </b><span lang="FA">بر اساس نتایج ویژگی &laquo;تسلط استاد بر موضوع درس&raquo; با امتیاز ۵/۸۲% و ۵/۸۷% به ترتیب از دیدگاه دانشجویان و اساتید بالاترین امتیاز را کسب کرد. </span><a name="_Hlk200402824"><span lang="AR-SA">بین حیطه‌ها روش تدریس، شخصیت فردی، دانش پژوهی،</span></a><b> </b><span lang="AR-SA">قوانین آموزشی و نمره کل با جنسیت دانشجویان رابطه وجود دارد (</span><b> </b><span lang="AR-SA">۰۵/۰ </span><span dir="LTR">P</span><b><span dir="LTR"> <</span></b><span lang="AR-SA">) نتایج نشان داد که بین شخصیت فردی و وضعیت تاهل دانشجویان رابطه وجود دارد (۰۱۹/۰</span><b> </b><span lang="AR-SA">= </span><span dir="LTR">P</span><span lang="AR-SA">).</span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;"></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA">نتیجه گیری:</span> </b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="background:white">نتایج نشان می دهد که ویژگی‌های یک استاد خوب از دیدگاه دانشجویان و اساتید در اکثر ویژگی‌ها مشابه است.پس در راستای بهبود وضعیت تحصیلی دانشجویان، باید مدیران و سیاستگذاران آموزشی به ویژگی‌های یک استاد خوب و سایر عوامل موثر بر آموزش دقت کنند.</span></span></span></span></span> <h3><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Background and Objective:</span></b><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"> &nbsp;Awareness of the characteristics of a good professor plays an important role in the quality of education and the advancement of universities. Accordingly, the present study investigates the characteristics of a good professor from the perspective of faculty members and students of Ilam University of Medical Sciences in 2024.</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Methods: </span></b><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">This descriptive cross-sectional study was conducted in 2024. A total of 365 students and 80 faculty members of Ilam University of Medical Sciences were selected based on Cochran&rsquo;s sampling formula, using a two-stage stratified sampling method followed by simple random sampling. Data were collected using a 49-item questionnaire on the characteristics of a good professor, measured on a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software, version 2022<b>.</b></span></span><br> <span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Findings:</span></b><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"> According to the findings, the characteristic &ldquo;professor&rsquo;s mastery of the subject matter&rdquo; received the highest score, with 82.5% from the students&rsquo; perspective and 87.5% from the faculty members&rsquo; perspective. A significant relationship was found between the domains of teaching method, personal character, scholarship, educational regulations, and total score with students&rsquo; gender (P < 0.05). The results also showed a significant relationship between personal character and students&rsquo; marital status (P = 0.019).</span></span><br> <span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"><b><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif">Conclusions:</span></b><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"> The findings reveal that students and faculty members largely concur on the attributes of an effective instructor.
