fa مروری روایتی بر اخلاق پرستاری و استدلال‌ آن از دیدگاه دانشجویان این رشته عمومى General مروری review <span style="font-size:14px;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="line-height:2;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">سابقه و هدف:</span></b><b> </b><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="background:white">رشته پرستاری یکی از مهمرترین رشته در&nbsp; سیستم های خدمات بهداشتی- درمانی کشور می باشد. هدف اصلی و مهم پرستار بطور مستقیم تأمین سلامت و بهبودی بیمار و شاخص های مرتبط با آن است. این تحقق درصورتی امکان پذیر می شود که، تنها از طریق مراقبت‌های علمی و عملی، به همراه رعایت اصول و آیین اخلاقی اجرا شود. <span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مواد و روش ها:</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> در این مطالعه مروری کلید واژه های مرتبط با اخلاق اخلاق پرستاری و استدلال دانشجو استخراج گردید. تک تک موارد همراه با کلید واژه های اخلاق، پرستاری، استلال، دانشجو در پایگاه های اطلاعاتی معتبر بین‌المللی شامل ,</span><span dir="LTR">Scopus Google scholar Science Direct, Pubmed, Proqust, Elsevier,</span><span lang="AR-SA">، 150 مقاله بازیابی شد که 70 مقاله حذف و درنهایت 50 مقاله مورد نقد و بررسی قرار گرفت که 30 مقاله به علت مرتبط بودن وارد مطالعه شد.</span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA">یافته ها: </span></b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته ها نشان داد بخش قابل توجهی از اخلاق پرستاری و استدلال دانشجویان این این رشته دارای شواهد علمی است که شامل، رعایت اصول و ضوابط اخلاقی، استدلال دانشجویان، نهادینه کردن آیین نامه اخلاقی در بین دانشجویان و آگاه نمودن آنها برای زندگی حرفه ای می باشد.</span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Mitra&quot;"></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">نتیجه گیری:</span></b><b> </b><span lang="FA"><span style="background:white">درمطالعه حاضر نشان داده شد، دانشجویان باید با بدو ورود به دانشگاه در هر ترم بصورت متئوالی کارگاه های اخلاق را بگذرانند و آیین نامه اخلاق در درس آنها گنجانده شود. اگرچه دانشجویان پرستاری ممکن است در محیط های بالینی با معضلات اخلاقی روبرو شوند اما به مرر زمان و با بدست آوردن تجریات بیشتر همچنین گذراندن کارگاه های مختلف می توانند تجربریات زیادی کسب کنند.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><b>Background and Objective: </b>Nursing is one of the most important fields in the country&rsquo;s<b> </b>health care systems. The main goal of the nurse is to directly ensure the patient&#39;s health and recovery, along with related indicators. This realization is possible only if it is implemented through scientific and practical care and adherence to ethical principles and practices.<br> <b>Methods: </b>In this review study, keywords related to ethics, nursing ethics, and student reasoning were extracted. Each item with the keywords &#39;ethics&#39;, &#39;nursing&#39;, &#39;Estalal&#39;, and &#39;student&#39; was searched in internationally recognized databases, including Scopus, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, PubMed, ProQuest, and Elsevier. Over the past ten years, 150 articles were retrieved, 70 were excluded, and finally, 50 articles were reviewed. Of these, 30 were included in the study due to their relevance.<br> <b>Findings: </b>The findings showed that a significant part of nursing ethics and student reasoning in this field is supported by scientific evidence. This includes observing ethical principles and rules, student reasoning, institutionalizing the code of ethics among students, and informing them about professional life.<br> <b>Conclusions:</b> <span lang="EN">The present study showed that students should attend ethics workshops upon entering the university each semester, and that the code of ethics should be included in their courses.
