On the other hand, the practical and clinical skills of midwives are complex activities and the correct implementation of many of these skills ensures the patient's life and training must be principled and effective. In this study, the effectiveness of virtual cardiopulmonary resuscitation training course in midwives of Shahid Hasheminejad Hospital in Mashhad has been evaluated. Methods: This study is applicable in terms of purpose and in terms of collection is fielding and in terms of implementation is descriptive cross-sectional. The statistical population of the study is all midwives of Shahid Hasheminezhad Hospital in Mashhad in 2021.  Findings: A survey of midwives' satisfaction with the CPR training course shows that 82.6% of midwives had a high and very high level of satisfaction with the training course, and therefore the satisfaction of the community with the training course was high. Also, examining the difference between pre-test (8.94 ± 16.01) and post-test (26.41 ± 20.53) showed that the average score of midwives after the test has increased. Conclusion: Implementation of a virtual cardiopulmonary resuscitation training course at the reaction level (midwives' satisfaction); It is effective at the level of learning and it seems that Kirk Patrick model can be a suitable way to evaluate the effectiveness of virtual training in the field of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

One of the factors that influences this interest is the educational environment. The purpose of this study was  evaluation  of  Babol dental students' interest in dentistry and it's relation  with variables in the educational environment. Methods:  In this analytical study, 151 students at Babol Dental School from 2013 to 2017 were selected using the census method and evaluated with a questionnaire whose validity and reliability had previously been established in other studies. Participants determined demographic characteristics, field of study interest, and educational environment factors, and by assigning scores from zero to four to the participants' responses,regression analysis was used to determine the effects of different variables on interest in their field of study and their evaluation of the academic environment.  Findings:  Based on Result, 86.38 % of students were interested in dentistry. In addition, 52.39 % of students believed that professors use new teaching methods in their classes. Seventy percent of students stated , their involvement in making decisions which affects their academic ability is low. Conclusion: Dental students in Babol were generally enthusiastic about their Field of study, and the faculty's teaching environment reflected positive qualities and capabilities in different fields.   409 Special Competency-Based Curriculum: Linking Theory and Practice sharbaf elaheh g H. Competency-based education is an innovative educational model that can solve such problems and lead education activists to design competency-based curricula. Therefore, this study aimed to identify the necessary competencies in the master's curriculum of medical education. Methods: Byham and Moyer’s methodology was used to determine the competency model in this research. Accordingly, the relevant literature and 37 similar curricula were primarily reviewed, after which interviews were conducted with 17 members of the medical education evaluation board and professors and 15 graduates working in this field. An initial list of competencies was prepared in the third step, which were then validated using SPSS 25 to provide the final list of competencies of medical education graduates in the last stage. This study was conducted to determine the quality of educational services from the perspective of nursing students. Methods: A cross-sectional study was performed in the School of Nursing of Golestan University of Medical Sciences with a sample of 164 people. The data collection tool was a valid and reliable SERVQUAL questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-23 statistical software.  Findings: In all five dimensions of educational services (physical dimensions, guarantee, accountability, confidence, and empathy) there was a negative gap between the current and desired status of students and the quality of educational services. The highest mean gap was in the dimension of empathy and responsiveness (-1.73) and the lowest mean gap was related to the tangible dimension (-1.43). The age of students was directly and significantly related to the quality gap in the dimensions of confidence (P = 0.028) and empathy (P = 0.046). Gender of students with total quality gap (P = 0.004) and in the dimensions of confidence (P = 0.018), accountability (P = 0.003), guarantee (P = 0.013) and empathy (P = 0.001) P) and students' education also had a significant relationship in terms of confidence (P = 0.001). Conclusion: Students' expectations are beyond their perception of the current situation and in none of the dimensions, their expectations have been met. The aim of this study was to determine the reasons for postponing the graduation of specialized doctoral students based on their experience in the implementation of the research stage. Methods: The present study is quantitative. The statistical population included 127 PhD students and graduates of Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences between 2020- 2022, who had not defended their thesis during the permitted academic years and were selected by census sampling. Demographic questionnaire and PREQ (Postgraduate research experience questionnaire) were sent to them, and finally 75 questionnaires entered the study. Data were analyzed in SPSS-21 software using descriptive statistical methods. Findings: In this study, 68% of the participants were women and 32% were men. Most of the respondents had a favorable experience of all the sub-components of the supervision dimension. On the contrary, the majority of the participants had unfavorable experiences in the sub-components of the fields of research development of the faculty. The experiences of the majority of respondents in developing scientific skills during the research period were optimal. In addition, complementary trainings, along with clinical training, can promote clinical training in pandemics and situations where contact with the patient is reduced for some reason. Methods: This is an semi-experimental, case observation study in which the case group was trained in clinical reasoning by scenario writing method, and after the test, 2 groups were compared with KF and DTI tests. The two were identical based on their basic science test scores before the study.  Findings: In this study, 60 people in two groups of case and control (30 people in each group) were compared with DTI and KF tests. The average DTI score in the case group was 151.4±15.3 and the average score in the control group was 151.8±17.2, the scores in both the case and control groups were not significant (P-value=0.922). Methods: This qualitative study was the type of content analysis and the statistical population of research and key informants who were selected by the use of targeted sampling with snowball method. And interviews to identify dimensions have continued to ensure theoretical saturation. Data analysis was performed with Max Kuda software (10 Maxqda). Data analysis was in the content analysis quality section for validity of the Delphi technique. Findings: The findings of the study showed that the executive model of transformation and innovation packages in medical education has 9 main factors in the two sections of injuries and actions (Implementation, Structural, Politics, Environment, Management, Motivation, The proportion of abilities and jobs, cultural, leadership and 21 were sub-factors. Conclusion: The most important factor based on research data is to pay attention to the views and differences of each university and the most important factor for the optimal implementation of the transformation packages in the leadership field, and this shows us that the organization's beneficiaries are involved in formulating the strategy. Failure to achieve those goals will be a suggested approach to improving medical education.
