fa اشتغال یا ادامه تحصیل در مقاطع بالاتر؟ انتخاب دانشجویان کارشناسی تکنولوژی پرتوشناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود در سال 1402 تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-family:IRANyekan;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">سابقه و هدف:</span></b> <span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:12.0pt">: بررسی روند تحصیلی و شغلی دانشجویان و شناخت عوامل موثر بر آن می‌تواند نقشی حیاتی در بهبود کیفیت آموزش، افزایش انگیزه دانشجویان برای ادامه تحصیل و یافتن جایگاه‌های شغلی مناسب ایفا کند. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی روند ادامه تحصیل و اشتغال دانشجویان کارشناسی تکنولوژی پرتوشناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شاهرود بود.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مواد و روش ها:</span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt">در این مطالعه مقطعی تحلیلی تعداد 63 نفر از دانشجویان و فارغ التحصیلان کارشناسی تکنولوژی پرتوشناسی شرکت کردند. روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس و ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات یک پرسشنامه محقق ساخت شامل 33 سوال بود.</span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="AR-SA">یافته ها:</span></b> <span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt">از مجموع 63 نفری که در این مطالعه شرکت کردند، 59 درصد (37 نفر) زن و میانگین معدل جمعیت مورد مطالعه 33/17 بود. حدود 87 درصد (55 نفر) دانشجویان پس از اتمام تحصیل علاقه به اشتغال در حوزه رادیولوژی داشتند و 60 درصد دانشجویان علاقه به اشتغال در بخش </span><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:12.0pt">MRI</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"> داشتند. از جمله عوامل موثر در عدم تمایل دانشجویان به ادامه تحصیل می‌توان به کم بودن جایگاه‌های شغلی پژوهش محور، ترس از دادن موقعیت‌های شغلی، وارد شدن سریع به بازار کار و کسب درآمد، و عدم تاثیر مدرک تحصیلی بالاتر بر آینده شغلی و میزان درآمد اشاره نمود. </span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt">نتیجه گیری:</span></b> <span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:13.0pt">بیشتر دانشجویان تکنولوژی پرتوشناسی داشتن شغل را نسبت به ادامه تحصیل در اولویت قرار دادند. از عوامل مهم این انتخاب، عدم ارتقا شغلی در حوزه رادیولوژی در صورت ادامه تحصیل، بازار کار مناسب پس از فارغ التحصیلی، عدم آشنایی مناسب دانشجویان با رشته‌های کارشناسی ارشد مرتبط و عوامل شخصیتی و انگیزشی دانشجویان و وضعیت اقتصادی و اجتماعی دانشجویان و خانواده‌های آن‌ها می‌باشد.</span></span></span> <span style="line-height:2;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-weight:bold">Background and Objective: <span style="background:white"><span style="font-weight:normal">: Investigating the choice of work or continuing to higher education of students and the factors affecting it can play a vital role in improving the quality of education, increasing the motivation of students to continue their education, and find suitable job positions. This study aimed to investigate the choice of work or continuing to higher education among radiologic technology students at Shahroud University of Medical Sciences.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-weight:bold">Methods: <span style="background:white"><span style="font-weight:normal">In this analytical cross-sectional study, 63 students and graduates of radiologic technology participated. The availability sampling method was used and the data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire containing 33 questions.</span></span></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-weight:bold">Findings: <span style="background:white"><span style="font-weight:normal">Of the total of 63 participants in this study, 59% (37 people) were women, and the studied population&#39;s average score was 17.33. About 87% (55 people) of students were interested in working rather than continuing education and 60% were interested in working in the MRI department. Among the factors influencing students&#39; reluctance to continue their studies are the lack of research-oriented job positions, the fear of giving job positions, entering the job market quickly and earning money, and the lack of impact of a higher education degree on the future of employment and income.</span></span><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span><br> <span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="font-weight:bold">Conclusion: <span style="background:white"><span style="font-weight:normal">Most radiology technology students prioritized having a job over continuing their studies.
