fa رویکردهای عمده ارزیابی کیفیت آموزش عالی ازدیدگاه خبرگان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زابل تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span><span style="color: blue;">سابقه و هدف:</span></span></strong></span><span>&nbsp;</span><span> ارزیابی یکی از مهمترین بخشهای فرایند اصلاح و ارتقای کیفیت در واحدهای آموزشی محسوب می گردد ،این تحقیق با هدف مقایسه و بررسی رویکردهای عمده ارزیابی کیفیت آموزش عالی از دیدگاه خبرگان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زابل انجام شده است.</span><strong><span><span style="color:blue;"></span></span></strong><br> <strong><span><span style="color: blue;"><span style="font-size: small;">مواد و روشها:</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: times new roman;"> <span>جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارشناسان و مسئولین </span><span>ارزیابی کیفیت آموزش در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زابل متشکل از 10 نفر </span><span>بودند که تمام آنها به روش سرشماری به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. در این تحقیق از پرسشنامه تحلیل سلسله مراتبی </span><span dir="LTR">AHP</span><span><span style="font-size: small;"> جهت گردآوری اطلاعات استفاده گردید. </span></span></span><span>در این مورد به منظور افزایش دقت و سرعت انجام محاسبات از نرم افزار </span><span dir="LTR">Expert choice</span> </span><span style="font-size: small;"><span>برای وزن دهی و رتبه بندی فاکتورها استفاده گردید. جهت اطمینان از روایی پرسشنامه، از روش کیفی یعنی نظرات صاحب&shy;نظران و تخصص استادان استفاده گردیده است و اصلاحات و تغییرات مورد نظر آنها پس از بحث و بررسی در پرسشنامه&shy;ها اعمال شد. برای سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه از فرمول آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده است که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای 10 گزینه پرسشنامه (85/0) بدست آمد که پایایی بالایی را نشان<br> می دهد.</span><strong><span><span style="color:blue;"></span></span></strong></span><br> <span style="font-size: small;"><strong><span><span style="color: blue;">یافته ها:</span></span></strong></span><span> بیشترین وزن را ارزیابی درونی با وزن نهایی (0.263) دارد لذا براساس معیار انطباق با اهداف اولین رتبه را ارزیابی درونی دارد. پس از آن نظرسنجی با وزن نهایی (0.249) در رتبه دوم قرار دارد. تحلیل آماری با وزن نهایی (0.162) و&nbsp; آزمون عملی با وزن نهایی (0.127) در رتبه سوم و چهارم قرار دارند. ارزیابی بیرونی با وزن نهایی (0.087) در رتبه آخر قرار گرفت.<span style="color:blue;"></span></span><br> <strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span><span style="color: blue;">نتیجه گیری:</span></span></span></span></strong><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><span> نتایج اولویت بندی نهایی روش های ارزیابی نشان داد ارزیابی درونی مهمترین روش ارزیابی کیفیت آموزشی در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زابل می باشد.</span></span></span> <strong>BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVE:</strong> Evaluation is one of the most important parts of the process of improving and improving the quality of education in educational units. The aim of this study was to compare and review the main approaches to assessing the quality of higher education from the perspective of experts in Zabol University of Medical Sciences.<br> <strong>METHODS:</strong> The statistical population of this study consisted of all the experts and authorities responsible for assessing the quality of education in Zabol University of Medical Sciences. A total of 10 people were selected by census method as a statistical sample. In this research, AHP hierarchical analysis questionnaire was used for data collection. In order to increase the accuracy and speed of calculations, expert selection software was used for weighting and ranking of factors. In order to ensure the validity of the questionnaire, the qualitative method, ie, the viewpoints of the experts and professors have been used and the amendments and their changes have been applied to the questionnaires after the discussion. Cronbach&#39;s alpha formula was used to measure the reliability of the questionnaire. Cronbach&#39;s alpha coefficient for the 10 items of the questionnaire (0.85) was obtained which shows a high reliability.<br> <strong>FINDINGS:</strong> The highest weight is the internal evaluation with the final weight (0.263). Therefore, according to the criterion of compliance with the goals, the first rank has internal evaluation. After that, the final weighting (0.249) is ranked second. The statistical analysis with the final weight (0.162) and the practical test with the final weight (0.127) are in the third and fourth rank.
