Therefore, in the present study, we will be mapping and analyze the mapping science of hot and cited articles in the field of medical education. Methods: The current research is descriptive-cross-sectional and using scientometric approach. The required data has been collected from the WebScience; the collection method is census type. The data were analyzed using the analysis section of the Web of Science and Excel version 2019 software was used to draw the tables. Vosviewer 1.6 software was used to mapping scientific and co-occurrence maps and to determine scientific clusters and formed co-occurrence clusters. Findings: The general map of hot and cited articles in the field of medical education in the last 11 years includes 5 clusters. The first cluster with the centrality of association and coronavirus in the second cluster, humans in the third cluster, and anxiety and health-care in the fourth and fifth clusters, respectively. With 9 articles, Iran has 12.2% of the hot and highly cited productions in this field. Conclusion: The results of the present study show the importance of medical education after the epidemic of covid-19 and the importance of issues related to the epidemic of diseases, the role of educational programs of universities in health care and also the importance of education about primary care. of patients with covid-19 and education about solving problems caused by stress, emotions and mental diseases. }, URL = {http://mededj.ir/article-1-432-en.html}, eprint = {http://mededj.ir/article-1-432-en.pdf}, journal = {Medical Education}, doi = {}, year = {2023} }
