طراحی پرسشنامه خود ارزیابی رشته طب ایرانی در حیطه آموزش در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران

سابقه و هدف: ارزشیابی اعضای هیات علمی از موضوعات مورد بحث است که به روش‌های مختلفی از جمله ارزیابی توسط مسئولین، همتایان و دانشجویان و نیز خودارزیابی انجام می‌شود. تسلط بر مهارت خود ارزیابی به عنوان تکنیکی قدرتمند و ابزاری پویا و انجام آن نقش کلیدی در تضمین کیفیت آموزش و تکامل حرفه‌ای ایفا می‌کند.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه ساختار کلی پرسشنامه در راستای قوانین جاری بالادستی و بسته‌های تحول و نوآوری آموزش علوم پزشکی، دانش تخصصی، مهارت‌های برنامه‌ریزی آموزشی، مهارت‌های تدریس، مهارت‌های مدیریت دوره و ارزیابی مهارت‌های دانشجویان و توجه به نیازها، مشکلات بهداشتی- درمانی جامعه و تامین آموزش در حیطه طب سنتی، طراحی شد. پس از جمع‌آوری نظرات ذینفعان، تحلیل آنها و جستجوی مجدد در منابع، و نیز تایید روایی محتوایی و صوری پرسشنامه توسط خبرگان، کارشناسان فن و مدیران دانشکده نسخه نهایی پرسشنامه تهیه شد.
یافته ها: این فرم می‌تواند با ارایه بازخورد به اعضای هیات علمی ضمن آگاه نمودن ایشان نسبت به نقاط ضعف و قوت فعالیت‌های خویش، به منظور بهبود، اصلاح و ارتقای عملکرد آموزشی، برنامه‌ریزی‌های لازم و ایجاد ساختارهای جدید در خصوص دوره‌های توانمندسازی اعضای هیات علمی در موارد دارای ضعف عملکرد را بر مبنای نتایج حاصل از ارزشیابی طراحی و اجرا نمود.
نتیجه گیری: به نظر می‌رسد این فرم می‌تواند در کنار سایر مدارک و مستندات، با جمع‌بندی شواهد متقن به منظور تصمیم‌گیری‌های مدیریتی و موارد تشویقی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
